They were very prompt and seemed to be knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves. I really think they were very honest.

I liked the quote but I just didn’t like the technician. They seemed to be really reasonable compared to other people as far as the quote was concerned. I didn’t choose them because there was another guy who I was considering using. The other company just told me that I didn’t need to do an upgrade and I just had to change the breaker box. My home insurance company sent out an HVAC guy to look at my air conditioner because I was having an issue. He told me that there was some problem with my breaker box. So I called some of the electricians and most of them told me that I needed to do a complete upgrade. It was difficult to find the parts for the box I had. So I went with that other company that I was considering because they gave a good quote. There were companies that gave free estimates. Erwin Electric was one of the companies that gave free estimate and it was extremely reasonable. They took a while to respond. The electrician did come when he said he was going to come. He was pretty professional. It’s just that I didn’t like him. He wasn’t really customer friendly. He didn’t take the time to consider our needs. I would have preferred if he wouldn’t have rushed through and took a little bit more time even though he had just come out to give a quote. I would probably not use their services in the future.

We had three quotes done for having an electrical outlet installed behind where a gas dryer once was. Erwin electric came at the middle of the three quotes, which was still $200 less than the highest quote. We went with them because John was very responsive to our request for quote - he called me at 7:30 in the morning and was there by 8 AM. There was even another electrician already there, spec-ing out the work. John was faster and provided us with a swift quote, in and out. I called to move forward with service, and they came out within a couple of days. Scott was right on time, and was finished in less than 2 hours. He worked efficiently and was very courteous. He even provided us with advice on a slow-moving ceiling fan that we had, and thanks to Scott we realized that it's actually simply a quick fix/purchase at Lowe's. He was very knowledgeable and this made us extremely confident and comfortable with the type of work being performed. This was our experience with everyone we'd dealt with at Erwin. We are very pleased with Erwin Electric and plan to use them again for our future electrical needs.

A gentleman came out right away, even though their workday was just about over, he came quickly and fixed the breaker. He diagnosed the problem causing the breaker to trip and will come back at a later date to repair the problem entirely. They went out of their way to help me, he came out when he didn't have to and didn't charge me any extra. They had a competitive rate and great customer service. They were incredibly professional. He was most gracious.

They saved my house from being burnt down. My brother-in-law went on vacation in order to use that place. Our air conditioning wasn't functioning properly and it was new. It was the main power breaker that had burnt up and it was from the faulty air conditioner. So the electrician found the problem and fixed the air conditioner. He also fixed the main power breaker and the power breaker in our unit. There was water dripping into an electrical conduit. They were terrific. I wasn't there but my brother-in-law was there when that happened. They pulled a guy off from another job to come to the rescue. They came out and they were reasonably priced. They were very nice and competent. I would use their services in the future too.

We had serious eectrical problems in our house causing our main breaker to trip. Erwin sent an electrician out within an hour of my call. They diagnosed the problem immediately as a bad panel in need of updating. Scott, our electrician was wonderful, gave a quote which was exactly what I spent out the door, and finished the job withing the time frame set. I was very happy with the entire experience and would recommend this company to anyone. I have always been hesitant to hire people I don't know, but this definitely surpassed my expectations. Good job and keep it up.

The job took longer than they had expected and they had to come back the next day to finish. I would say that they charged a fair price based on how much time they worked. My only critique is that they were not detail oriented as far as leaving holes in walls, leaving drywall dust and stuff all over the floor, etc...

Could not have been a better experience.. This was the first time I used their services and I am impressed with the quick response and dedication to customer service.

I had logged on to Angie's List to find an electrician. The company I called told me that they did not do jobs as small as I wanted but referred me to another company. I called that company and we agreed on a time and date. I waited and waited and after 1 1/2 hours, I called only to be told that the electrician was held up but would be at my home by 12:00. At 12:15 I received a call from the electrician informing me that he was going to lunch and would be at my home between 1:00 and 1:15. At 2:15 I called the first company and thanked them for the referral but suggested that they never recommend that company again. This was my day off and I had waited all day and had not seen an electrician. The woman with whom I spoke with asked me to hold on and she came back and gave me the number for Erwin Electric. I called and we agreed on another day and time and electrician arrived on time, installed all the lighting, removed the old fixtures, lights and cleaned up leaving nothing for me to dispose of. He was very professional and neat. I would highly recommend this Erwin Electric, Inc. to anyone.

They were punctual. They were great on price. We plan on hiring them again. Overall they excellent. The price was exactly what they estimated.

They did some repair work for me. Everything went well.
