Description of Work: The painters were friendly however did need a few reminders where to fix or re-paint parts of the house. Mike did expect us to be ready for power wash on the same day of his calling. Mike did come over and ask specifics about what color and where we wanted items painted. The job was performed in less than one day for the painting. (2000 square foot home) It seemed quick and some spots were not perfect. However you can't beat the price and hardly any hassle. Would hire again, but not A work.

Description of Work: I actually didn't use this service and was refunded. I didn't use this service for several reasons. First I didn't have any personal contact with the painter and they should up without any advance notice. They never talk to me regarding details and my input at all. Second they are not friendly. I felt being rushed and they just want to do the job and leave. But I have contacted another painter and was very accomodating and actually came to my house and looked at it. He's on the Angie's list and will definitely use him.

Description of Work: I think that their service, in hindsight, was not a good fit for the work I needed done. I just wanted someone to do the more difficult trim and hard to reach high areas after I did the rest of the house myself, and I think their business is more accustomed to doing an entire home or building at one time. This was my first time buying a coupon from your site. I think I'll use more caution and think things out first before I purchase a coupon in the future. Description of Work: I believe his estimate, on top of the $399, for my home was way over priced compared to the last two times I had my home painted. It would be different if the last two jobs did not last, but they both were long lasting good quality jobs.

Description of Work: I never could talk directly to anyone in the company, always had to leave a message and then they would leave me a message. The service was for stucco repair and exterior house painting. We expected to pay extra for the repair work but it seems this commpany does not do the type of repair we need to have done. I was left a message that they know a guy who does this stucco repair but that's not the way I want to do business. I want to know the workman and his company before he works on my house. We needed the repair work more than the house needs painting so I would like to take care of that first.

Description of Work: Painted the interior rooms of our house. The person they put in charge did a good job. Required a return visit to "touch up" but was not a problem and we were not charged as you would expect. The company wasn't quick on returning email inquiries but did get back right away when telephoned.

Description of Work: I am thinking that the $399.00 was for a paint job that would take 2 painters 7 hours each to complete a job. In my case, I wanted the whole house painted and that did not fall into the category advertised. I was told this. Since this painter had such a good reputation, I decided to go with him. Cost $1400.00
