ENOS EXECUTIVE PAINTING

Just fine. The boys mistakenly painted trim that I had to paint back over, but they were so personable that I didn't mind.

After fighting my homeowners association and then weather and rain we were finally able to get the house painted. Mike was always in contact regarding any weather delays. They pressured washed one day and then supplied a crew so that they prep and paint could be done in one day as well. the crew was timely and courteous. The job was done professionally and I have received several compliments from the neighbors on how great it looks, Thanks to Mike and his crew the house looks like new again and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We purchased one of "Angie's Deals" for 8 hours of painting ($400 value for $199). We called Enos Painting and asked them to come out and look at the job and see if it was covered by the coupon (1st floor doors, baseboard and a railing). Mike Enos came out and stated yes it would cover this. Prior to the service starting we called him back out and asked for a quote for the full 1st floor and he gave us a quote of another $600.00 (with the coupon value that came to $800.00) plus we supply the paint. So we picked up the paint (using his discount - great deal) and the job was set. Two of Enos painters Mike and Mark arrived as promised. The began to work immediately. These two men were the most friendly individuals I have ever had the pleasure of performing work in my home. They worked hard all day and the next (2 day job). The paint job was so well done and these men were so professional we immediately called Mike Enos for a quote for the remainder of the home (2nd floor plus). He gave us a quote that was very competitive and we have scheduled the work. We would recommend Enos Executive Painting to anyone with confidence.

They prefer contact via email, while I preferred phone calls so this slowed the initial contact. Rain then delayed the start for a very long time. Once the project was started, it took 3-4 days. We are happy with the quality as of today, 1 month after completion.

My wife and I wanted to get a couple rooms painted. When we saw the Big Deal on Angies List, we had to jump on it. Enos Executive Painting did an excellent job. They arrived on time, and got the rooms painted without any issues.

Mike was very responsive and the work done was beautiful.

The correspondence between the owner, Mike Enos, and I was great from the start. He worked with my schedule and even graciously accepted when I had to cancel our original scheduled date. He even called the night before to make sure we were still on target for them to show up at 8am the next morning. I had high hopes with that type of customer service. However, things went slightly down hill when 8am the next morning came around. First, one guy showed up and had only floor drop clothes, and nothing to throw over my furniture, which there are several large wooden pieces in my bedroom. I asked him if he had any plastic or something we could use. His response was that he just started to work for this company, and in fact was only called early that morning about this job. So now I was wondering what I had gotten myself into but figured how bad could it be? I went through my linen closet and found every possible sheet that I would be willing to allow paint on and I was still a little short when another painter showed up at 8:30am. He happened to have plastic sheets in his truck. I had purchased an Angieslist Big Deal for $199 for 7 man-hours. So now I was happy that the work would be done in half a day now with two of them working. However, to make a long story slightly shorter, I would have preferred to have just had the second painter work all day by himself as he was far superior in his skill and pride in workmanship. Vern, did the bathroom with a lot of cutting in and brush work, and I found everything to be perfectly neat. This was a tan color. However, the other guy that was just called that morning, chose to do the large bedroom. I had chosen a deep plum/purple color for this room, but his work was very sloppy. When they left I had to immediately go out and get white baseboard paint as there were purple splatter and brush marks all over . And not only the baseboard, but the door casing as well. And since none of the furniture was moved back yet, I needed to get this baseboard done ASAP. To make matters worse, his lines were not straight along the base. When you have a dark color next to bright white, it becomes EXTREMELY noticeable when the lines are very uneven. As the guys were cleaning up to leave, they asked me how I thought everything was. I pointed out to Vern, the good painter, about the baseboard and door casing, and his reply was that he did not know if the other painter had any touch up white in his truck, but that he did not. I also pointed out some large spots that did not look even on the bedroom walls but as it was still wet, he stated it would look even after it dried. However, that is far from the truth. There are very large areas literally floor to ceiling where you can see the old paint under. Now the old paint was a very light sage green, so there is no reason that with top-of-the-line Sherwin Williams Duration paint that goes for $70 per gallon, that if done properly, two coats would not have covered!! You can see the corner cut-ins are much darker than the main part of the walls that were rollered. To me that is basic painting 101. The long and short of this is that I am now going to have paint another coat on the walls myself. Now considering the bulk of any painting job is the moving of furniture and set-up and then clean-up afterwards, I am certainly not happy about having to do that all over again. To make matters worse, even with the job being done somewhat sloppily, they still went 2 hours over my allotted 7 hours and I had to pay an additional $30 per hour per man. Is it just me, or does 9 labor hours seem a little excessive for a bedroom and bath? It is because of the additional $60 in labor that I was already going to be charged that I did not want to insist that these painters stay and try to fix their sloppy work. Why should I pay extra for them to fix something that should not have been done so poorly by them in the first place? I would not go so far as say you should not use Enos Painting, but I would inquire of the owner how experienced the painters are that he intends to send to you, and make sure that they do not leave before you are completely happy (and you should not have to pay for their time in correcting poor work)!

They picked up the correct color of paint, they were pleasant and efficient. They were very courteous.

I was told that the painters would arrive between 8 and 9. They arrived a little after 9 a.m. They did a good job preparing for the paint job, moving furniture and removing window treatments. When they left, I had very little to clean up. They were personable and pleasant. They worked neatly and did an excellent job painting. My only concern was the amount of time that the job took. I wasn't sure they would finish what I wanted painted. They were there for 10 hours, quite a bit longer than I expected. However, the good job they did compensated for the time spent doing it.

It went really good. Mike came out and performed an estimate and worked with us to ensure that critical areas of the house were painted in time. We originally contacted about painting a few rooms but ended up painting entire interior. We had various sized crews from 1 - 7 that worked. Like anywhere, there were some guys that were excellent on his crew, but an occassional lemon. When we needed touch up, he sent one of his best guys we did a great job on finishing up. He surveyed the work after completion to make sure everything went smoothly. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. The overall price was very reasonable. The painters performed minor repairs on walls and fixtures prior to painting. We also re-painted a couple areas in different colors as things progressed. Overall, we were very pleased with the results.

He painted two coats of paint to our bedroom walls and ceiling. He also painted the baseboard, the interior side of the door and the closet doors with semi gloss white. We were very pleased with all the work that he got accomplished in the time allotted.

Both of the painters were very professional. Efficient and careful. They worked all day and did not stop until all rooms were painted and the furniture was put back in place. Mike was very nice to work with and concerned that the job was done to my satisfaction. He and his two painters have high standards. I will be happy to have them paint my house exterior in the future. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of painters.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. He did a great job, came in on time and was clean and neat. I definitely will use him again. The price was all agreed to and there was not even a discussion of the price. He just came and did the task, cleaned up and was gone.

We had some delays in getting the painting project begun because we were waiting on a new roof being finished on our home, but once the roof job was completed, we had a difficult time getting our painting job scheduled. Several appointments were missed, rescheduled, and communication was less than expected. Also, after we purchased the offer on Angie's List, the price almost doubled, then the contractor wanted 1/2 of the balance before any of the work was even started. The job done was fine - cracks were filled, the house was pressure washed, and the painting overall was fine. We have found a few places were the overspray wasn't painted over, but not worth complaining about. We might consider using this contractor again, but not sure at this point.....

Overall i would say the service is fair. Not good, not too bad either. So for the price, you basically get what you pay for. Two painters will show up to your house and will work for 7 hours. They do work h****** the job and will listen to any requests you make but you can tell that they are not professionals with many years of experience in the painting business.( Perhaps the owners of the company do). One thing to keep in mind is that you can not generally tell of a paint mistake until after the walls are dried. In my case, they left fainted areas in different parts of the walls. In some other areas of the wall the paint is thicker. They covered the floors real good but still some paint did get thru on my carpet and while it may not be a real deal to me, to others it may be. I would not purchase again unless i'm getting it done in a fixer-upper house that needs restoration and i dont really care of details. If its in a nice home that you are living in, and are wanting to make it look good and professional i would not recommend.

I did not read the fine print and so it end up costing me almost double the Big Deal price. But, I thought that it was still what competitors were going on in the neighborhood. It was kind of sloppy and I had to call Enos Executive Painting back two or three times and get him back here to finish it up. I was not very happy. He had some scheduling problems. The price was based on size of house.

They seem to do a very good job. They were very courteous and anything I had a question about they seem to answer it. They scheduled an appointment to like a month later to come back to see if anything needed to touch up and they took care of it. I would definitely recommend them to other people. They did a little bit on the dock porch area that’s covered in where they couldn't spray so I had to add a little bit additional money but all in all it was good.

It went good. I was happy with them, they did a good job.

Saturday April the 27 th Mike from Enos Painting sent two painters, Angel and Oscar to my house to do interior painting for 7 hours each, totalling 14 hours. They were on time, very professional, and were neat and clean the entire time they were working. They were very pleasant and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I will definitely call them again for any painting work. From a pleased customer, Patricia Lowry.

I initially signed up for the Big Deal which was $399 for 2 painters for a day, but needed more work and paid another $425 to finish up plus I had to buy the paint. I had a vacant office of 1,000 sq ft that needed to be painted. Initially, the power was off and the walls were streaked because of the poor lighting, but once I got the power turned back on they came out and redid the areas that needed it and it turned out great. I would use them again.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. Even with bad weather, the job was completed when they said it would be done. Found them to be honest and reliable.

We purchased an Angie's List special package for $1499. We knew there would be some additional cost for additional work requested and are very satisfied with the price we paid. Initially they seemed to want to just schedule the work and then show up to do it, without having seen the house at all. We asked to have them come to the house and look at some areas of concern and to estimate the cost for additional work. They did agree to a meeting at our home, but were delayed then had to reschedule to another day. We were able to schedule a date for the work to be done. There was a slight delay due to some weather issues that got them backed up, but that was not unexpected. Had a last minute call to change the day of pressure washing, then had to wait a few days before painting was done. Painters arrived on day of painting on schedule. The doors and windows were taped and the exterior spray painted. Then all trim work was done. The whole thing took less than a full day. In the ensuing few days it was apparent that there were a few areas that did not get completely covered, as some of the original color was still showing through. Fortunately they left the remainig paint and we were able to do some touch up and it looks fine. Although the owner was pleasant enough to deal with, I don't think I would use them again due to the only fair qulity of the work.

It went well from start to finish.

They were excellent, he has some really great guys working for him. I was happy with the outcome of the service.

Communication strictly over email. no initial consultation, I picked my own shiwin Williams colors and emailed them my choices. Needed to make appt over one month in advance. power wash was scheduled for Thursday and painting for Friday. ***got an email at 8:00pm the night prior saying that 'their service is delayed and they would be painting on Saturday'. I had taken a personal day from work in order to be on site during the painting. When mike eons finally contacted me via phone he had no compassion for the Inconvenience this caused. His excuse was that his sprayer was broken and by the time it was fixed he would miss his sons Lacrosse game!!!! So I rescheduled for the next Thursday. *** thank god I was on site during the painting process. The two men performing the service barely spoke English, I would ask questions like "Do you suggest this area painted gray or white?" Response: "ok" Really??? ... Finally time or the walk through and they failed to follow instruction to paint the window sills white. Not surprised at this point. *** their truck left a huge oil or paint stain on my driveway. Paint job was overall ok, I have found some detail work less than satisfactory, but I can touch it up with the leftover paint they left me. Lesson learned, never prepay for service. And; you get what you pay for.
