Description of Work: They did a lovely job reupholstering a wing back chair. The matching of the pattern was very complex and they did it perfectly. They were very busy, but they finished well ahead of their promised date.

 + -1 moreI called and got an estimate over the phone. He was full that week but promised to call the following Monday to set up a pick up time. He did indeed call that Monday and picked up the sofa as promised a few days later. It was returned within 5 days just as promised and looks great.
Description of Work: Re-attached to cushions to the back of our sofa. He reinforced the seams on all three back cushions, added foam and support to the back and seat couchions to make them look and feel like new! He also picked up and delivered the sofa to and from our home.

 + -1 moreMy family room furniture is approximately 5 years old and came from Norwalk Furniture. Norwalk replaced the foam for the sofa cushions twice over that period of time because it was sagging. Now Norwalk is no longer in business....at least not in this area. Again the cushions were sagging and I looked on-line for foam, but it seemed pretty expensive and you really didn't know exactly how firm it would be, etc. I found Elite through a phone directory on the internet. They were close to my home so I called. Ron Ledford is the owner....said he has been in the business for 25 years. He gave me an approximate price on the phone which sounded very reasonable. I took the cushions to him for measuring and his charge was only $45 each which included all the materials and re-stuffing into the covers. The foam was very firm...which is what we wanted. He did the work very quickly....I believe they were ready the next day. Quality was excellent....exactly what we wanted and what should have come from Norwalk, but didn't. The shop is behind a little strip center....not fancy, but Ron knows what he's doing.
