I was so pleased with the refacing of both my vanity cabinets in 2022, that six months later, I refaced my kitchen cabinets, as well as my sister's. Based on how pleased I was, my neighbor also had her vanity refaced. About a year later, I noticed that the cabinets in both my and my sister's kitchens no longer matched the (very) white doors, so I notified Lisa by email. She forwarded my email to Alex, (who performed the work) and we agreed by phone to touch base in January 2024. Since January, I've followed up with Lisa by email, and left voicemail messages for both Lisa and Alex -- NO RESPONSE. After leaving voicemail messages August 9 and 14 for Lisa, and not receiving a response, I called Alex on August 28. I was surprised that he immediately answered the phone, informing me that he no longer works for the company (then why did he answer the phone -- at his extension, no less). He said to contact Lisa, who would assign someone else to repaint the cabinet frames. I sent Lisa a detailed email September 8, and still haven't received any response.

They refinished my cabinets For the quality of work that I received I believe the value for money was great. And I have recommended them to a bunch of people already and I am happy with the outcome. Their work was very clean, which actually blew my mind because I had very low expectations.

My husband and I had such a great experience with ECC. Our cabinets were all dark brown. We really wanted white cabinets in the kitchen to give more brightness to the room. We met with Lisa to get the project started. She was so great to work with, super-nice, understanding, patient, and accommodating. Bret who worked on the cabinets was great too! He was respectful of us and our home. He was very detailed oriented and made sure everything looked good to us before leaving once the job was done. Josh also helped and his workmanship is just the same. We loved our kitchen so much we had our master bathroom cabinets done as well. Thank you, ECC! We love our beautiful white cabinets.

We just had Elite Cabinet Coatings paint all of the cabinets in our house to include our kitchen and kitchen island, and all three of our bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. Alex Hoff was our painter and he was super friendly, helpful, patient and talented. We're still amazed at the transformation the painted cabinets made to our kitchen and bathrooms. From start to finish I was impressed with the communication, attention to detail and timeliness of the work. They took thorough measures to keep the house as clean as possible. Mike even came the weekend before to get a head start on the cabinet doors. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I used Elite in September 2020 to refinish my old golden maple cabinets. Anthony came and quoted the job and set us up 6 weeks away. Lisa the designer came and helped us pick our colors. Our tech was Alex who showed up on time everyday. Monday he prepped the area along with removing all the doors. Tuesday he cleaned and sanded all the cabinets. Weds he primed and started painting. Thursday he put the 3rd coat of paint on and then started reinstalling my doors and drawers. Friday he put my new handles on then cleaned up like it never even happened. Im so far beyond satisfied. A great experience

They refaced my cabinet doors and drawer. They did not replace the drawer front brackets, which were over 20 years old. I did not realize this until they started to break (just 3 months after they completed the work). Lisa refuses to replace the brackets and is trying to charge me for the brackets, plus another $150.00 to change them out. She did not even quote me for the correct number of drawers. I was going to recommend them to a friend of mine that wants her kitchen cabinets to be refaced. But due to their incomplete job and cutting corners, I will not and do NOT recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done right!

We had a terrible unprofessional experience with Elite. We were left with kitchen cabinet doors that had paint bubbles in them , a hard white foam residue stuck on one door, and permanent smudges and fingerprints on another door. Most importantly, once we decided to rehang the doors ourselves because they were taking way too long to complete the job, they left the doors with no hinges-We had to purchase new ones. The job was suppose to be 4-5 days long but we ended it after the fifth day because they still couldn't guarantee a completion date.

Took longer than expected, but they were honest and kept in great communication throughout. Went above and beyond to try and work through time constraints. Very happy with the final product.

Fantastic job. Of course the homeowner is worried a bit before the job starts. But I had them do a full kitchen set of cabinets and also two bathroom cabinets. High gloss white. New cabinet doors and door handles. Shaker door style. Plus a 4 crown molding, soft close hinges for cabinet doors. Love it. I have pictures of before, during and after. WOW. I recommend them. I have been a real estate investor, with 7 rental houses plus my house, real estate agent and mortgage loan officer. I have had great contractors, good contractors and a couple stinkers. These guys are on the upper side of great contractors. This is a very professional company that prides itself on word of mouth referrals. It definitely shows as their workmanship and customer service were both exceptional. This is something that is not commonly found these days, especially in Central Florida. We received a phone call each morning explaining what work was to be completed that day. The workers were very professional and courteous. After they completed the project I am asking myself why did we not do this sooner. The cabinets do not look like they have been repainted, they look like they came from the factory.

Super people to work with! At first, cabinets not sanded all the way down and staining was uneven, but when I advised them I was not happy, they immediately agreed and corrected the problem. My cabinets are now gorgeous. As a second note, even tho they "sealed the cabinets", dust still got in. If you don't want to re-wash everything, I would empty the cabinets.
