They were professional and reasonable. Power went out in rental house the week before Christmas. Tried several other companies but most were already booked and ready to leave for holiday, This was the Friday before Christmas. These guys managed to squeeze me in and did the job fast. Thankfully, it was a simple repair.

He answered his phone and we made an appointment for the next day. He called me back later in the day and said he had an conflicting appointment and could he come a day later? I agreed. He appeared at the proper time and day and apologized for not being able to make it on the first go round. He very quickly decided that it was the switch that was bad and not the light socket. He also looked at the wall plug and told me if it did not have a grounding wire he would not be able to do anything with it (outside of rewiring which would be expensive) because it was against city code. However, after taking it apart, he did find a grounding wire and was able to make it into a 3 prong plug. On the switch, he did not carry one on the truck like I had and he offered to go to Lowe's to pick one up if I wanted him to. I agreed. He was probably gone for 1/2 hour, came back with the materials, installed it all and charged the $75 for the switch, plug, labor and materials, including the pick up time. I assume he runs a small business from his home, there is no business address. In my opinion he runs an honest one. I would definitely call him again. The first time he was here he fixed an under the counter light that a licensed contractor had completely messed up.
