Joel and Norman came and figured out the best way to put boxes in the ceiling to mount lights I had bought before. They did no damage at all but I was prepared for that if necessary as Edmonson told me it might happen, but it did not. They were so professional and cleaned up after themselves. The lights are great and it was a pleasure watching these two work, you can tell they cared about the quality of work they did. I am very pleased and have requested they come again for another task. Very nice men.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. When I called to schedule service to repair my husbannd's mistake the individual I spoke with was very friendly and scheduled the work at a convenient time for us. We were scheduled for between 8:00 and 12:00. The two gentlemen arrived at around 8:30. Jerry was very knowledgable and both men were polite. Work was completed in less than an hour. We are scheduling further work to be done next month. Update: We would like to have Edmonson come back and replace 10 more can lights. We are aware that this is a very busy time for them. However, the service individual keeps telling me that she will check with her supervisor, make sure they can do the work and get back to us with available dates. I let her know we were not in a hurry, but really would like to know if they would be able to schedule us within the next two months. Still have no idea and so changed my responsiveness grade to a "C".

First let me say that I gave a 'B' for Responsiveness because I had to call and re-engage the office a few times in order to get someone to come out. I would get 'he'll call you today' and then no follow up. Hopefully it was just an off week for them. Everything else about the service was great. The main supervisor came out to spec the work, very nice and professional. The two guys that did the work were right on time, called me when they were about 20 minutes away, worked quietly, very polite. Would definitely use their service again and again.
