Terrible company. I got my roof done in 2020. A 30 years roof with 5 year warranty on leaks and flashing, now I have all the shingles separated from my chimney so to a bad flashing (maid you my roof still under warranty ) They charge me 250 dollars to come in and inspect it, the inspector Mr Patric told me because we have the roof since 2020 and we did not have any issues (mud you couple of months after they installed it the had to come back to fix a leak on my bathroom ceiling) this was not a warranty issue but a result of the storm Debry. Then he proceeded it to tell me the flashing was never on the initial agreement, when I sent him a picture of the agreement where clearly say the flashing were involved then I received another email telling me they only replace the flashing if the are in bad condition, but there is not such an explanation in the agreement. Be careful with this people they will take your money and then just leave you hanging with your problems. Terrible customer service and very rude.

This is the worst company I’ve deal with. Worst customer service ever. They constantly lied. They don’t return calls or answered email. They start by changing the start day few times but that was ok to me. Our insurance was is paying for the job minus our deductible $22,000 for a single family home. So we agree to pay in two payments so the insurance issue the first check for more than 50% a check for the amount of $12,000 and the person that came to complete the contract tell us we have to pay in full so we said we didn’t have the rest of the money and he offered a credit card but we didn’t like the idea and he told us we have nothing to worry about, because everything would be finished before the first payment would be do. So we trust them. And now we already made the second payment and all our insurance is waiting for some papers to release the second check and they now don’t answer to our call or email and when they do is always a lie and a an excuse and do nothing to finish the job correctly. Please avoid dealing with them do yourself a favor. I think the only choice we have is hire a lawyer or call eight on your side to see if they finally complete the rest of the job. Omg how I regret using this company. Never pay a job in full before is completely done don’t trust no one

It went amazing! This group was awesome. They went over all the details with us. We went on the roof, I saw the existing damage and we went over all the option. At first we were denied, but Dynasty and their team of attorneys went to the insurance company for me and we got a new roof! Dynasty was professional during the entire process and they were always available to answer any of our questions and concerns. They worked around the plants operational hours and they were very good about following our rules and regulations. I would highly recommend using Dynasty for your commercial roofing needs.

I had hail damage occur in May. They came out convince me how wonderful their company was and from the couple of reviews I saw I believed them.. Here we are five months later my roof has just finally been completed but it’s not done 100%. It did not pass inspection, they had to remove shingles for the inspector and were told to replace Them this was over a week ago and they still have not. They are required to also do another test to pass inspection which they have not done. The company does not communicate with you it is the most unprofessional company you’ll ever encounter. They damaged my gutters during the roof installation and are trying to get my insurance company to pay for I got a replacement when they created the damage! They also damage the interior of my home while installing the skylights them this was over a week ago and they still have not. They are required to also do another test to pass inspection which they have not done. The company does not communicate with you it is the most unprofessional company you’ll ever encounter. They also damaged the interior of my home while installing the skylights And have not even addressed coming to do any type of repair for that sloppy work. If you enjoy chasing a company around to get your work done that you’ve already paid for then go with them if you want a five month headache then go with them otherwise go with a professional company that is not run by a bunch of incompetent on organized people that don’t give a **** about your property all they care about is the money and that has been made perfectly clear. They actually had the nerve to show up at my home today And ask for me to endorse over the insurance check! The work isn’t even complete and I can’t get anyone to come finish anything but they want to deposit the check? This is been the worst experience ever! My next-door neighbor also went with this company she’s also we had five months her experience is far worse she hast to have the entire thing redone meaning the entire roof redone when it’s only halfway complete she’s had water pouring in her home when it rains because they did the work in correctly which is why it didn’t pass inspection and they’re giving her excuses that they’re waiting for the materials to arrive. She has extensive interior damage that they’re supposed to fix but in my opinion she needs to get a lawyer

The time that they would do the work was changed twiced. The season of rain had started. The day that they did do the roof, it had rained the whole time. The insurance company paid for the roofing and for inside my house repairing. For more than two months i had to keep calling to get the inside home repairing money.

Overall repair went well and Dynasty was reliable. There were some administrative issues, and it was difficult to get a hold of them at times, but overall they did well for us and we appreciate their service.

Dynasty did a great job. It was about 1800 to 2000 sq ft and two story house and it was done in about one and half days. They worked with my insurance company and they did a great job.

This was a dream come true for us. We were sure we needed a new roof after a wind storm came through our neighborhood. Dynasty walked us through the entire process. I loved how they sat down with me while I contacted the insurance company. Then they sent their rep to go over the roof with the insurance man. We received a check for the insurance in two weeks and Dynasty scheduled our roof to be done 2 weeks later. The workers arrived at 7:00 am and were through by 5:00 pm. The people in the office kept us informed of every step and did a fantastic job funneling information to us. I highly recommend this company. Have them come to do a free roof inspection today!
