He came over for an estimate to build a lanai for me and never got back doesn't answer my calls or emails through Angi! Very immature seems professional but he is not mature at all. Don't hire him!

This guy is unprofessional. Was supposed to get the job done within a week. After about 3 we scheduled an appointment which I had to call of work for. Never showed up for another job. Definitely look somewhere else. Seemed uninformed as well.

I attempted to schedule work with client, but he said he had to work. I offered to work Saturday and he had to work Saturday as well. I then made other plans, then he texted me Saturday morning saying he took the day off and I could come do the job. by that time, I was already doing something else. when I told him that, he got very angry, ranted for a few minutes, then hung up. then this review showed up.

Typical Florida ( contractor) as I use the word loosely. Scheduled appointment with Steve Dunn and after being over 45 minutes late. I called him and he didn’t even apologize. It sounded like I woke him up. Do not USE.

It went very well. Mr. Dunn assisted us in selecting the proper size doors and either left hand opening or right hand opening. When our doors arrived Mr. Dunn was advised and he came within a few days and installed our beautiful new doors. His workmanship is top quality. The doors function perfectly. Mr. Dunn reached out to us about one week later to insure we were very happy with his work and our new doors. Mr. Dunn performed all the work himself and paid very close attention to details. We plan to call upon Mr. Dunn again soon.

Steve was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond, started the project within a week and was professional. The window sill project went so well, we had him add shelves to our mudroom, hang window treatments and do some painting.
