+ -1 moreThis company has terrible customer service and I have NEVER seen a company injury a child and then show no compassion or any accountability for the situation. There are plenty of good plumbers out there not to use these guys.
Description of Work: This provider was doing repair work at Brandon Town Center Mall in which one of their techs ran over my 8 year old daughter while we were waiting in line at Bath and Body Works. He clipped the back of her leg with his cart with our backs to him. It caused her to fall backwards onto his cart and she received cuts and scrapes. Accidents happen, but this is when it gets out of control. Not only did the tech not say "sorry" or attempt to help her up, he just preceeded to leave the store without a word. He then returned a few minutes later and said that it was not his fault and that I should pay more attention to my kids. As if that was not enough, when I called the owner of the company, I talked to the receptionist. She said he would call me back. Not only did he not call me back as of 24 hours later, he felt it was more important to write a letter to the mall and the store manager than to address the customer with a injured child.
