Johnny with DPS Flooring responded quickly to my request to replace the vinyl plank flooring in my new home with a competitive work estimate. They helped me select a new flooring that met my familyâ s aesthetic and functional needs and scheduled installation as soon as materials were received the very next week. His team is hard working, friendly, and professional, not mention extremely skilled in what they do. We will absolutely reach out to Johnny the next time we need new flooring and would recommend him and his team to anyone in the market for flooring installation!

Recently, after interviewing several Flooring companies, I decided on DPS flooring. They were less expensive, had better reviews, quality products, and showed me on I pad what my floors would look like.They installed over 1900 sq.ft. of luxury vinyl plank flooring, over old ugly white tile. They did a great job, I couldn't be more pleased. Mike and Tye the installers were a joy to work with, accommodating, courteous, careful and most importantly, skilled craftsman. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in a job well done. My floors are gorgeous. Highly recommend John Bass and his crew of professionals

Not professional, not timely, workmanship was not neat and overall I felt cheated. An awful experience and I would not recommend them!

We were very disappointed with the overpromising and under delivering of this company. Not only did their crew do very poor work, but the job was delayed several times. They did not do a timely job nor did they do anywhere near the quality of work that any professional flooring company would fulfill. They left the floors half-done, did not install thresholds, charged us for pick up of the flooring, when we actually picked up the flooring? There is so much more but not worth going into detail. Due to their negligence, our move from Indiana to Florida was delayed and quite stressful. We had to pay movers even though they did not move us in due to the installation being half done. Very bad company, very poor service, very very poor installation, what more should I say? Do not use this company.

My floor looks amazing. I had them remove carpet and blend it with existing wood flooring. They were done with the 2 rooms in 4 hours. Chris who did the estimate was exact on how much flooring I needed. Their price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them

Kerri and his team were very helpful and professional through out the remodeling of my whole house. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but overall great work by everyone. Would definitely recommend PDS to friends and family.

Impressive company and stand up guy s. We discussed a near impossible deadline to Kerry to get flooring/drywall installed before we moved into our new home and the crew s pulled it off. Ben and his team installed our floors and they look incredible and Tim installed the drywall/texture. Again, impressive company and highly recommend!

Chris did a wonderful job. He look up old wood in hallway and took up tile in laundry room and laid laminate. He was a very nice person and yes I would recommend this company. The project turned out beautiful and I would definitely use this company for future flooring needs.

Very professional, Great work crew and Reasonably priced. I hired them for putting in 1500 sq ft of hardwood flooring together with wood tread staircase and their workmanship is super. They know their work very well. They ripped my existing carpet, disposed it and also moved furniture where needed. I will recommend them any day and will hire them in future.

It s a family business. Kris, brother to one of the the owners, John, came out to do the quote. He was thorough in evaluating our needs and what we envisioned for the space we re working with - the whole house! While doing the demo black mold was discovered under the flooring in the kitchen. John and Kris have worked patiently with us and assisted us in the task of working with insurance and making sure the mold is gone. We highly recommend this company.

Johnny was the best. We didn t use PDS last year when we did hard wood flooring downstairs and I regretted it. This time when Johnny came to do the estimate for upstairs, he instantly remembered me and our conversation from a year ago. He gave me the best rate and made me feel like a client , not a number. I am very happy and will be referring PDS to anyone I know that needs flooring done.

Did a great job! Floors look great and the installer, Michael, was extremely courteous and spent extra time to do everything with great attn to detail rather than just rush through it.
