This was a superior experience. The original meeting was very low pressure. But, the price was fabulous and the team was willing to move furniture. From day one the gentleman who came were polite and beyond hard working. They never stopped to talk to each other and took no breaks. The work area was spotless at the end of each day. They take great pride in their work- and certainly should. I wouldn t change one thing about my installers. The experience made new flooring a totally perfect experience

The installation crew were very good and worked with us on relocating furniture and coordinating any questions and issues as they came up.

First the negative: We got off to a bad start on the day the job was to begin. The installers came over two hours late and did not notify me about the late start. Additionally, the installers started their working days late, 10:30 to 11:00 which forced them to work late into the evening . I would have much preferred an early start and an early afternoon wrap up. Closet doors (7) were removed to install the laminate and at the end of the job the installers informed me that they did not know how to reinstall the doors and after an ensuing argument with me, he called Johnny Bass who in turn assured me that he will send someone to do the doors in the morning, which was done. The installer should have called Johnny first to appraise him of the situation instead of arguing with me, walking out of the house and slamming my door. He apologized later. The Good: The finish product was excellent. His price point was inline with two other quotes I received. I selected him because he was the only one who recommended that he can place the laminate over the existing tile in rooms where title exist. It worked great and saved me a lot of additional work and expense to pick up the existing tile. I could have given Johnny Bass 5 stars except for what is noted above. I will use his services again if needed but will go into more detail on the scope of the job. I would recommend PDS to anyone.

Be Careful.. Promised to complete project.. Did not show up for 2 weeks then said he was "OUT" do to asking to much when are you going to do some work.. POS

They are very kind, work done is very good work. It is done in a timely manner, and very thorough. They have great customer service. They came right out and fixed any issues I came across.

I would hire them again for the next project. I had a company come in that didn't do a very good job, then that same company gave me a quote for a "Band-Aid" fix. PDS Flooring and Trim, Inc. came in, did a better job, and for less money than the original company. Very satisfied with my experience.
