Description of Work: Found Tom and his son Daniel while driving in the area and started to speak with them about working at the house. We set up a date and time and asked for a proposal. He was on time and walked the whole yard and understood the needs. He was asked to provide a proposal within 2 days and he did. They were asked to come back for a third interview and was hired. He is replacing a service provider that was in place for 8 years, so there is a lot of changes going on and he has been very willing to work with the needs of the house. Tom is doing bedwork, shrub clean up, and providing a monthly service.
