I went in their establishment several times over the past two years and compaired the selection to everywhere else.Their quality and selection was just much more interesting. Because I bought the ugly duckling on the street, I wanted to swan it up some. I wanted a double door renovation, then I wanted an arched door, then someone said to get a taller door. We were advised at Door Pros that all of those choices would be very costly and that we should consider just getting a really nice standard door. Reluctantly I hunted in their catalogues and finally found one I really liked. But, I still did not see how a standard single entry door could make any sort of statement from the curb. Let me say, it is currently the crowned jewel door on the street and in my opinion outshines the double doors. And it did cost more, but it makes a real curb appeal "pop". The inside of the room is more beautiful, and I am very pleased. In fact, I am getting french doors from them next.

Doorpro Entryways, Inc. has been amazing to work with and their quality of work and professionalism is perfection. They have a great crew of installers (Paul, Kevin and Brent) who are awesome and professional and finish off with a great clean up from the job. My new front doors were installed in December, 2011, then we had the french doors installed, then the garage entry door installed. Once the 3 sets of doors were installed and completed, there were some unfortunate occurrences from other companies I had hired that caused damages to the front doors and one of the french door glass pieces that caused them to have to be replaced. Doorpro Entryways was just a phone call away to assist in my nightmares of having to get these recently purchased and installed doors replaced. Mark and Dianna of Doorpro Entryways provided amazing support and professional guidance on painting and staining my beautiful new doors. I would highly recommend doing business with Doorpro Entryways!!!

Dianna Leek assisted us by ensuring that we had all of the information necessary to make a selection that worked for our home and personal taste. She was both helpful and professional. Her sales approach made us feel comfortable by not applying pressure even though we had to return on multiple occasions to ensure that we were making the right choice. The door was special ordered and it was delivered on schedule. The installation was sub-contracted to Kevin from K&L Construction Services who obtained all of the permits. The installation was performed on time and the door was expertly installed, including the new hardware that we had purchased. Kevin took care to ensure that everything was weatherproofed and tight and that no damage was caused to the door frame or floors. The County Inspector came by the same day and was complimentary regarding both the door and professional installation. We were able to obtain a 10% discount because of our Angie's membership (thanks Angie)! The company cheerfully applied the discount and thanked us for our business.

I called to explain the problem. They asked detailed questions, to understand the problem, and then sent someone out to fix the hardware/doorknob. When the gentleman was here he also made an adjustment to the doors so they would close better. The whole experience was very satisfactory -- these people are knowledgeable and courteous, and if we need doors for any other location in our house, I will go to them first. I appreciate their willingness to deal with a small job.

Great. They expedited our order and customized the door to fit our opening. When we had a problem with the door they came out immediately and fixed it. They were very professional and friendly.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to others. I got their name off Angie?s list.

We did not end up using Doorpro Entryways. I thought they were good but we did not go with them because we felt that another company had a higher quality door. They were in the same price ballpark as the company that we went with.

We visited the showroom to pick out a door. Front desk (and sales) woman was very nice, but also very "over helpful" to the point of actually being annoying when it was clear we wanted to browse around. Anyway... after the deposit was made (by the way, we purchased their installation labor instead of having someone else do the work), we were given a timeframe for the door's fabrication and also arranged a date+time for measurements to be made at our house. Measurements were done. Once the door was constructed (2-3 weeks), we were called to arrange an installation date+time. The installer came and did a professional job (cleaned up, took old junk door with him). I gave this review a price rating of "C" because of the $425 installation cost (which works out to about $100/hour!)

The price was just too high. They were professional, and thorough in the quoting process.

I sent an email on to three different employees requesting a quote on a project to have a door interior built 11/15 and never received a response. I called the main number today and was told they don't really do interior doors. I replied that their website indicated they do. The gentleman replied "well we do, but not that often". This company is obviously not what I am looking for. I need someone that responds to my requests and is aware of the services they advertise on their website.

They are awesome and we are very pleased with the doors. They did exactly what they said they would do, they were on time, and they went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. It is absolutely beautiful. After they put the doors in, we had them do some deadbolt work; they made the lock that had been put in years ago earlier work better. They had to replace a lot of wood.

Everything went just fine. I picked them out and they put them in as I wanted. I have no complaints and would use them again.

Everything was great. They were very nice to work with. They ordered the doors and delivered them perfectly. The product was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn?t be happier with their work.

Was very happy with the overall job. They were very courteous and made a point to clean up when done. The only thing I didn't like is they did not cover or caulk over the nail holes. I am also not sure if the price was good or not. I had 2 other companies come out, including one already on Angie's list. Both said they would have to get back to me with an estimate and neither one did.
