+ -1 moreOver a course of 5 days, I left 3 voice mail messages asking for assistance. The voice mail message states that a "Moving Specialist" would call back with you shortly. Well, they never bothered calling. There must be so many people moving in and out of the Tampa Bay area this month, they do not need the business. Now a week as gone by and stil never a follow-up phone call. On their web site reads the following as the Company Mission: To create a unique service by providing the highest quality packing materials, supplies and moving boxes at the lowest possible prices, direct to you with free local delivery. To offer convenience and consistent, stress-free service with our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives, and provide outstanding support over the phone, email and online. This statement is a "JOKE"
Description of Work: I was looking for discount moving boxes to purchase. No services performed since they NEVER bothered to return a phone call.
