+ -1 moreBrandan showed up at 1:50. Got right to work. He was VERY knowledgable. I have Win Vista and apparently an auto update had froze things up. He knew just what to do, was nice and personable and explained everything he was doing. He was also reassuring as he went thru it that my data was safe. He never had anything happen that he didn't know just what to do next. Then he even fixed up a couple small issues I was having. He was here for just about an hour and the charge was $85, which is what I was told it would be. Brandan told me that they do a lot of work for businesses too. I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Description of Work: My computer froze up. I work from home so I was in a bad way. I called a friend's recommended tech and he couldn't get here until Tuesday (today's Friday.) I have work to do over the weekend. So I called another place and they couldn't get here for a week. When I called these folks they said they could be here Monday. I took it, saying that my computer was frozen and that it was one day sooner than I could get anyone else. He asked if I wanted him to see if he could shake someone loose sooner, put me on hold, came back in 30 secs and said it'd be today between 2 and 4.

Description of Work: After a lightning strike, my company's computers and network was damaged. Our regular IT company was unresponsive. He serviced all work stations and replaced several network cards.

+ -1 moreI understood that they would not be able to restore our PC to what we needed. He explained why. He assessed what we used the computer for and made suggestions. He ordered the unit for us and installed it. I like the fact that they will come to your home. He knew what types of components to add to customize the computer so it exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: We had them come to our house to fix the problem that we were having with our computer. He made an analysis and some recommendations. We took the recommendation and he set up the new computer.
