They said they would fix it in a week. One week later I had to call them and they said they never promised to fix it. Rude, rude! Told me I knew nothing no about phone repair so couldn't judge them. Asked me to get my phone out of their shop. Horrible experi nice.

Having used Device Savers multiple times, I can say that the service there is consistently excellent. Everyone there is polite and respectful. They take the time to completely understand the problem, and explain their process for diagnostics and repair. For example, for the Samsung Galaxy S3 they explained that not all types of water damage are repairable. They explained how much the diagnostic and follow on repair costs would be, and kept me informed during the process. Fortunately, the damage was repairable. The repair was completed in a day for a very fair price, and the phone has worked perfectly ever since. The charger port on the Nintendo DS XL they fixed last year, still works perfectly as well. Bottom line: this shop does great work, at a fair price, with the most professional service you will find. Don' waste your time with any other device repair shop, just go to Device Savers, where you know they'll get the repair done correctly and treat you right.

My wife shattered the screen on her new Samsung Galaxy 4 just days before leaving on a trip. The folks at Device Saver repaired her phone and replaced the screen; all in less than 3 hours. They also provided paper work that was readily accepted by our insurance company; Square Trade.

The customer service, attitude, knowledge, and talent are a rare find. Dropped phone off and it was ready in 2 hours. Estimate was spot on, and although cautioned it might need additional parts and labor if the cleaning from water damage didn't fix the problem, it did not require any. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days. Bought a case and battery at very competitive pricing while there too. The staff is great.

They do a great job. The owner's name is John Ortiz and he and his 2 sons and daughter run the store. They are getting ready to open a store in Brandon where they will teach others to do what they do. They do repairs but they are getting ready to go into the teaching phase; that is how good they are. I'm a valued customer. They have a website and they are on Facebook. Their stores are not necessarily the nicest but the quality of work and the nicety of their employees and their integrity overrules that in my book. The storefront is nice and neat but it's not very big.
