Delintz Dryer Vent Cleaning Service

The guy is super nice, honest, extremely personal, and he remembers little things like my son's name. You want to do business with him because he's so nice and honest.

Receptionist was very helpful and responsive. Set up an appointment immediately with a window of time. Lloyd showed up promptly and worked quickly to service the machine, followed by a report of what he found when he was done. Very nice and professional young man! Whole thing took about 20 minutes -- well worth the piece of mind knowing that the lint isn't going to catch fire!. Bonus -- the dryer heats up and dries clothes much faster now. Would definitely recommend!

Scheduled appointment on same day as initial phone call. Arrived as scheduled. In and out within 30 minutes. Now, dryer works as it should.

The entire experience was excellent. I called their office in the morning, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and was able to give me the price over the phone. I was able to have someone come out the same day. Conveniently, they gave me a two-hour block, and the technician was very punctual. I live on the second floor in a condo, and I did not realize that my dryer vent emptied on the side of the building (I assumed it was at the top). The quoted price was reduced because the technician did not have to go on the roof. Overall, a terrific company and a wonderful experience.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and worked efficiently the entire time he was at my home. I had a lot of lint trapped in the vent. I am surprised at how well my dryer runs now. I have used other companies but will continue to call Delintz because of their service and how efficiently the gentleman worked.

This Vendor was extraordinary in helping me to get the problem solved. Due to a high travel level, it was difficult to schedule an appointment. As an alternative, this vendor referred me to a trusted competitor who had availability on a day I was home.

It wasn t an easy job as he had to climb the roof. He removed the lint from the vent which improved the performance. He gave me information on how to clean the vent. He even recommended that we have the vent cleaned once a year. He did a good job and he was very professional.

I have used this company several times, usually about every 1-1/2 years, and they are great. They do a very thorough job and the results are impressive, especially in terms of very improved drying performance and savings in electricity.

Scheduled very soon after I called, did the work (10 minutes) in less than estimated time (30 minutes). Did 2 loads of laundry the next day and drying time was noticeably less.

The dispatcher explained the cost and the process very clearly. She said that Lloyd would be providing the service. Her arrived promptly on schedule and was neat and quick in cleaning the vents. He checked the airflow in the dryer after, and then checked the vent opening on the roof to make sure that the exit was clear. I appreciated the extra step to make sure that the vent was clear. As I'd never had this type of service before, he explained a good maintenance schedule based on my dryer usage. He was very courteous and thorough.

I have used this company for the past 7 years. Very professional & polite, from phone scheduling, to the arrival of the technician, through to the completion of the job. I have only positive comments to make. They send me reminder cards (so does my dryer!), patiently work with my rescheduling appointments & arrive on time, every time and clean the vents extremely well - the difference in the performance of the drying cycles attests to the need of their services.

My dryer is not old but was taking hours to get even light load dry let alone towels. I was convinced the vent was clogged...and was it ever! Lloyd, the DeLintz professional, and I are sure that our electricity bill will go down big-time! Clothes are drying in half the time prior having the vent cleaned. The appointment was scheduled between 1-3 p.m. I got a call around 1:30 saying they wouldn't be here until 3:30. I had to pick up my kids. So we arranged to meet at 4:00. Loyd was here at 4:00. He was polite and pleasant. Did the job quickly and so far my dryer still works!

I called and left a message on voice mail and was quickly called back. They explained what the service covered and time requirements, along with the cost before asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Lloyd called about a half hour prior to his arrival. When he arrived he was very pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions. He worked very efficiently and left no mess behind. I will definitely call them again!

Technician showed up right on time, which I don't think has ever happened with any other service call I had previously placed. I was immediately impressed. He was pleasant, professional, & seemed to pay attention to cleanliness issues as he brought a large vacuum into the house, which he used to suction debris from the dryer end of the vent. He climbed up on the roof to assist in removal of debris from the top end of the vent. He informed me I could save money by getting together with neighbors to schedule service on the same day. If I recall correctly (it's been a few months) technician was apologetic for knocking some food item off of the shelf in the laundry room, which also serves as a very small pantry- no harm was done & I thought he did his best to limit disruption of the room's organization. I would recommend Delintz, most definitely, & I will call them next time I need service.

It was a very good experience dealing with this company. When I spoke to Sue to make the appointment, she asked me questions about my dryer vent to make sure that no unnecessary work needed to be done. Rob, the vent cleaner, came on time and was pleasant and informative.
