The young man arrived on time. He was very neat, clean, and well mannered. He quickly moved the dryer and cleaned out the hose and machine. Then he went on the lift and vacuumed the exhaust hose. I will call them again when I need service

When I called, the phone was answered quickly and I had an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. On Saturday, Lloyd (the tech) arrived almost exactly in the middle of the 2 hour appointment window, and promptly went to work. 20-30 minutes later, I had a clean dryer vent. I am extremely happy with the service.

They've been doing this for me for 13 years, both when I lived in a condo and when I bought my home. They're very courteous. I've had dogs for the whole time they've done this for me, but they've never tried to sell me on getting cleaned more often. In fact, everyone who comes out says they're not terribly dirty and two years is good enough. The people that are sent have a long history with the company, so they're not just sending in walk-ons. That's a good recommendation! They're very thorough in checking out both the outside and inside of the house where the dryer hose connects to the dryer itself. I highly recommend them if you need this service; it's a great service for the safety of your dryer and your home.

I have used this company in the past and been satisfied. This year I called the Tampa phone number FIVE times in 3 weeks and was never called back. I then called the Pinellas phone # and they left me a message that I had to call the Tampa office. Very poor Customer Service - I will not try again to use this company.

I live in a 1 year old townhouse and my dryer is also just a year old. 6 months after moving in the dryer began to take at least two cycles to dry even a light load of clothes. The dryer is in a closet in the hallway on the 2nd floor. I tried buying a dryer vent cleaning kit and shop vac and cleaned out the vent myself from the inside of the house. I tried a periscope vent hose, flexible hose but nothing helped. I even started looking into buying a new dryer or a condenser type dryer. Finally I called Delintz. They made an appointment for two days later and arrived promptly. It took less than an hour for the Technician to clean out the vent and he took out the screen at the opening of the roof vent. Now the dryer works perfectly. Thank you!

Called to make an appointment and service was performed within a few days. The vent had not been cleaned since the house was built about 12 years ago. Cloths now get dry in one cycle instead of 2 or more cycles. Paid the advertised price which is good for the service performed.

I called this company first based upon the great Angie's List reviews. A young girl with a serious attitude problem answered the phone and was extremely disinterested in discussing my dryer vent. I explained that we just purchased a new washer and dryer and would like our old, plastic dryer vent replaced with a metal one, and that I would like the dryer vent line cleaned at the same time. When I mentioned that our vent goes under the house and vents to the outside, she snottily replied, "You need to just vent under your house because it's easier." (A) I'm not looking for easier, (B) what an idiotic response to a consumer, and (C) THAT IS A FIRE HAZARD!! Since their receptionist clearly does not understand the business for which she works, and since her attitude was so poor and never improved, I realized it was a moot point to beg this girl to take my business. I told her that she was making this very complicated, was extremely discourteous, and that I would take my business elsewhere.

They do easy scheduling. They are pretty inexpensive. They are pretty quick. I will continue to use them again in the future.

I've been using them for years. They always show up promptly as scheduled. They do an excellent job and are always courteous. The gentlemen has even reattached the dryer hose when I've had trouble with it coming off. They are very honest and very trustworthy. It is an overlooked service that I think more people should take advantage of due to the possibility of having a fire with lint clogging the dryer vents.
