Delintz Dryer Vent Cleaning Service

I called the tech came the same day. He cleaned my vent and vacuumed out the dryer vent. Very professional. So much better than having your dryer burn out.

Everything went great. After reading the wonderful reviews for the company I called to find out about exact service and when they would be available for an appoint. Spoke with Sue and they happened to have a tech in the area waiting for another customer today. They quickly called the tech to see if they had time to come service my home and called me back immediately. Within a half-hour the tech was here preforming all needed work. Service was handled quickly and with proficiency. Tech was extremely professional and knew his craft. Would definitely use them again!

Service tech was half hour late BUT Delintz called well in advance, explained there had been car trouble and was very apologetic. Have used them before and will certainly use them in the future. Very efficient and reliable.

This is the second time I've used Delintz services and I am sure to repeat business with them at least annually. The service man was very skilled and kind enough to replace my 'vent' piece and honor my Angie's list coupon. Although the service men arrive in uniform and in vans, I would have appreciated a personal introduction--but maybe it was just me; I hadn't had my morning coffee yet. The arrival time was a tad outside the specified window, but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, this is a quality business run by a savvy woman who strives to send the best workers to each job site. I was highly satisfied with the work and have Delintz on my calendar for my third cleaning in 2015. Thank you! P.S. If there is one words that defines this company it is INCOMPETENCE! I called up and spoke with Sue; explained the exact problem and scheduled an appointment. To start they were late to the appointment and didn't even bother to call. Only after I called several times did I get a call back to advise that the employee was on his way. Once they get to the home the employee states they are unable to fix the problem as they don't service the appliance? Well why would the company say that they would be able to service the appliance when I called and explained the problem I was having. I would not suggest using this company! I am still waiting for a call back from Sue to for an explanation.

The inspector for the home we recently purchased noted that the dryer vent opening on the roof had a lot of build-up and was a fire hazard. Based on Angie's list reviews and a reference from a friend, we contacted Delintz to clean out the dryer vent. The entire process was fast, easy, and efficient. I spoke with Sue, who I believe is the owner, to make the appointment. Sue was very professional and efficient, explaining the fee as well as the process. Sue scheduled an appointment for just a few days later and gave me a two-hour arrival time window. Michael arrived right on time and was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and professional. Within 30 minutes, Michael had completed the task, leaving our dryer vent clean and eliminating the fire hazard. We also look forward to the added benefit of less drying time on laundry because of the clean vent. We will definitely use Delintz again.

Lloyd arrived in the time scheduled. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. He said the dryer was pretty badly clogged but then he added ,"It's fixed now and that's the important thing." The cost was quoted at $80 when I called yesterday, and I was given a $5 off coupon for Angie's List membership. I appreciate getting on the schedule so quickly. By the way you were recommended to me by the guy who came to fix my dishwasher yesterday (A Arnies Appliance Repair).

It was great. They are very reasonably priced and showed up right when they said they would. The gentleman was very helpful and I would use them again. He was very thorough, quick, and explained what I needed to know. He got the job done in about 1 hour. He also had to climb up on the roof to complete the job.

I have been using this company to clean my dryer vents for many years. It is a family-run business and their attitude toward their customers is that they are part of the family. They are always punctual, quick, and efficient, usually out in about 25-30 minutes. With the way my dryer vent is set up, keeping it free of lint and dog hair will prevent a fire. I also like the fact that they do not push their services. When I ask whether I should use the service once a year, as opposed to every other year, with my new guide dog, they stated, “No, 2 years is still a good span of time.” They could have tried to say, “No, you now need to clean every year,” to make more money for themselves. It is truly a great service run by good people.

The service was performed as described; we were completely satisfied. The owner Sue returned my inquiry call the same day and amazingly was able to schedule the service for the next day between 1 and 3 PM. She informed me that Mike would be the the service representative. Michael called at about 12:40 asking if it was convenient to come early; of course early is always better. He arrived, worked swiftly inside and on the roof. We had the roof replaced recently and the roof vent mesh was left in place and not removed; lint was stacking up a blocking the air flow. The total time was well under one hour. We will use this service provider again.

This is the fourth time I have used Delintz in the last 6 years. I have had three different techs with the same outcome. The staff is always professional, courteous and prompt. Out of all the vendors I have ever used from everything from auto repair to window installation this is the only company I cannot find any fault in. They are there when they say their going to be, do the job they say their going to do and charge what they say their going to charge. No hype, no sales pitches, no hidden costs, just service that is getting harder and harder to find! Do yourself a favor, if you need dryer vent work performed call Delintz!

Very pleased with Delintz service.. They were actually ahead of schedule and called to arrive early. Did the service and took the time to explain some of the warning signs of a clogged vent, etc....
