Family owned and operated since 1992. Three employees, no subcontractors. Delintz charges $85-90 for a one story home, $90-120 for two stories. Our fee includes access to both ends of the vent, inside at the machine and the exit on the roof. There are no service or trip charges. We do offer discounts for multiple units. We do guarantee our work. We are licensed and insured. Dba: Welmax Inc.

Description of Work: I live in Pasco County and wanted to have my dryer vent cleaned. With my Angie's List discount the cost was $80.00. The gentleman who came arrived on time, was very nice and seemed to do a good job cleaning the vent. My only complaint would be that I wish they had told me ahead of time that they do not take credit cards.

Description of Work: We have used their services in the past. It was taking too long to dry the clothes completely, the sign that out exhaust line was plugged. Service provided as quoted. Remove lint from gas dryer, exhaust lines and replace exhaust line from dryer to wall. Will continue to use their services.

LLOYD FROM DELINTZ ARRIVED ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN THE APPOINTMENT TIME WHICH WAS FINE. HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE A ''HELPER FAN'' IN THE EXHAUST LINE AND HE WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH THE UNIT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT EXCEPTION. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR BASED ON THE SERVICE PERFORMED.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE TECHNICIAN CAME AT EXACTLY THE TIME HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. HE CLEANED VENT AT DRYER AND ON ROOF AND GAVE US SOME POINTERS ABOUT NOT SHOVING DRYER TOO CLOSE TO WALL SO VENT WON'T CRIMP. THE WHOLE OPERATION TOOK 20 - 30 MINUTES AND I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW THAT SIMPLE PROCEDURE HAS VASTLY IMPROVED THE OPERATION OF THE DRYER. I ALMOST DON'T HATE TO WASH CLOTHES ANYMORE.
