Description of Work: The roof line wood fascia started to rot and needed to be replaced in two places. The only negative if you can call it that,is a reschedule. He was on time and started promptly. He consulted me on the materials used and completed the job as discussed.I would use his services again

Description of Work: David had 2 tasks--one to repair a pocket door of the track and put in a weather proof door on the pool bath. Normally the pocket door requires removing the finishing wood and then repairing the door then reinstalling the finishing wood and repainting, but David is so good he managed to fix the door on the track without removing the finishing wood and second was to put in the weather proof door. Both were done with precision and professionalism--David is magic. JBD

Description of Work: The Florida room on our new house has settled on one side. The door hinges had broken as well as the top door closer, thanks to Debra. We thought a new door would be needed. Checked Angies list for handymen, called David Rodriguez. He showed up the next day on time, looked at the job, went for parts, replaced the hinges and door closer. He knows his work is very personable and competent. The door was repaired for one third what we were expecting to pay.
