He did it at my price and only charge me $170.00 because I called from Angie's List. He had the best price and did it very quickly and have not had anymore troubles.

He showed up on time as scheduled and went directly to work on the problem. He did a great job and I will use him again and will recommend him to others.

David was prompt, courteous and easy to work with. He gave me the estimate over the phone, came on time, did a good job. The kitchen and one bath sink were smooth, no issues. Only the second bath sink required a little more work (because it was not made right the first time), but David was very helpful and he fixed it and he promptly came when there was a minor issue after the work was done. Overall, a great experience.

I found David Rodriguez very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. He called me to let me know he was going to be delayed a bit on the day arranged for him to come by to look over the work I wanted him to do and provide an estimate. I had not expected the roof work to cost so much, but decided to go ahead with him because of his very positive recommendations from Angie's List customers. In fact, I waited 2 weeks before he could fit me into his busy schedule. He arrived right on time to do the work after calling me the night before to touch base again. He did work a solid 3 hours or more on the roof and then replaced the seal on the bottom of the garage door as well. He also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

David was very professional and courteous. The same day David came to give me an estimate on the work I wanted to have completed, he fixed my leaking toilet and while he was at it replaced the flapper as well for no extra charge. Two weeks later I scheduled an appointment for him to come out to do the rest of the above mentioned work. David called me the night before to confirm he would be there and give me a time. The work took two days to complete. Both days David arrived on time. The day after all the work was completed, I called him with a problem with the weather stripping on my front door. He came out later that day and fixed the problem. I would not hesitiate to call David again and have already given his name to a couple relatives.

Personnally dng several projects until Tropical Storm Debbie hit. Consistent downpour of rain for over 24 hours and noticed that ceiling had patches of brown where water was accumulating from leaking roof/chimney. Contacted several roofing companies and handymen. The roofing companies wanted between $500 and $1000 while the handymen estimated between $50 and $200. David provided a fair evaluation of the problem and was also able to repair the ceiling damage. Have had David to the house 3 times, estimate, roof and ceiling. David has always been punctual, courteous and respectful of our property. After fixing the roof we waited several weeks before touching the ceiling to assure leak was sealed. It rained several times, at times extended hard downpours, during the next few weeks. No leaks found. Ceiling imperfections were corrected and next project is to remove the popcorn. David and I have also talked about other projects to include some painting.

David came out and gave me an estimate to repair a list of 20 items in various stages of disprepair in our home. After giving me the estimate, we scheduled a time for him to come and do the work. He arrived as scheduled with all the required materials, and finished the work that we had agreed on. He did an excellent job, was extremely personable, professional and trustworthy. I will definitely use him again.

I called him to make sure Mr. Rodriguez could fit me in his schedule before buying the "big deal." This has been the best spent $318, and exactly what I needed with multiple things in the to-do list of our new (to us) house.The fact that Mr. Rodriguez was able to accomplish so much in the 6.5 hours purchased under the deal is a testament of his hard-work and expertise. He was knowledgable and meticulous in completing each one of the tasks. He demostrated he knew exactly what he was talking about, asked for my preferences and did exactly what I asked.Great service at a very reasonable price. Definetively will use again.

David is prompt. When our first date couldn't be met because of his other obligations he called several times but I was fine with it because I had a lot of other stuff to do and settled on a date a few days later. Is professional and personable and seems to be knowledgable about home repairs.

Let me preface that my roof is a flat, built-up bituminous membrane type that had been previously sealed with tar. The need for repair started with a roof leak and that rotted out studs in the wall and the subfloor in the laundry room. Once we opened up the walls, we found that this had been a problem at least once before in the life of the house, which had also attracted termites previously. There was hardly any structure to the corner of the house and we needed someone to re-structure the subfloor and the studs. David started by attempting to repair the roof leak but was unsuccessful. I got up on the roof and tried to find a spot where water was getting under the membrane to have him repair but I also could not definatively find one. He did as best he could to seal around any visible cracks or imperfections in the area of the leak, but suggessted that I seal the whole area with a product that could be picked up at home depot. This is something I did myself and saved alot of money...all it cost was a very hot Saturday on the roof, and so far it appears to have fixed it. He removed all the bad wood and repaired everything to where we can put drywall and flooring back - we plan on moving plumbing so we didn't want it all back completely. He was very pleasant to work with and showed up exactly when scheduled. He did have to reschedule the original date one time but gave me notice in advance.

We made an appointment for an estimate a week after my first contact. A half hour after our appointment, he had not arrived, I called him. He stated he had a truck breakdown and didn't have his appointment book and that he would call the next day to reschedule. Never got a call back.

We first called and received an estimate for some drywall repair. David provided the estimate within 24 hours and completed the work in the same week. When he was there he provided another estimate for more work and then came by on short notice to have this done for us on a deadline. We called him again to hook up the plumbing for a new sink and he provided a verbal estimate and completed the work for us. David does a great job, is very responsive and punctual. We were very pleased with his services and professionalism.

David Rodriquez was punctual, informative, and came prepared to not only estimate the job but to also perform the job at hand. We had several leaks in the roof which had leaked into the ceiling around a window and down the window sill. This caused the drywall to crack and have to be replaced. Mr. Rodriguez got on the roof, repaired the leaks, left for the day to check for leaks, then repaired the drywall after there were no more leaks. He was very neat, cleaned up the mess and did all the work in a timely manner.

Mr Rodriquez did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. He was a pleasure to work with as well. We will definitely be calling him again for more projects.

It was superb. He arrived on time, he went right to work--not an easy job as one of the lights was about twenty feet above the ground--and finished the job under two hours. I will never go to another handy man.

David is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home repair. He is a hard worker, and completes all tasks to the satisfaction of the customer.I would highly recommend him.
