DAN'S FAN CITY

The installation isn’t as good as the product. The service I had when I went into the showroom was great because someone there worked with me. I have used them more than once. They have supplied fans in three homes for me. Their products are definitely a step up from what you can get at the large box stores. The company provides a wide variety of top quality fans to choose form at a fair price. The buying experience was A+ and the installation was about a C. My recommendation to others is that if you have a contractor you trust already, use them to install instead of Dan’s Fan City.

We tried several big box stores and were constrained by either selection, size or installation. Dan's Fan City uses several reliable, warranted motor sets around which the buyer selects color, blade style, lighting, remote/wall switch operation, room dimensions and ceiling height. They also carry fully assembled decorator type fans. Following our purchase, they arranged for an installer to contact us. The installer made an appointment and appeared on time. He picked up the fans for us along with the mounting hardware and quickly and neatly installed all seven fans in several hours. Both Phil and Fitz, the installers, seemed unperturbed that we had to make a few changes along the way. We are delighted with the selection we were offered, the fans look very attractive in our home and perform well. They allow us to reduce our air conditioning usage. I believe we paid a fair price for a good product installed the right way. The convenience was far superior to the alternatives.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH DAN'S FAN CITY WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. MY FAMILY WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
