Pre-dry wall inspection completed within 24 hrs of making contact. I was contacted almost immediately after submitting a quote—fabulous customer service, great price, and very thorough. Gary was on punctual, contacted me 30 min before arrival, and answered all my questions with ease and confidence when I arrived at hime site. He called me to let me know he was wrapping up then advised me the most concerning parts. I received my report within 72 hrs (3 days); it was very detailed. I will have them come back to do my final inspection too.

Staff was friendly and flexible with changing demand from the developer on a new construction. Provided details on issues quickly to provide before closing and have addressed. Would recommend!
