 + -1 moreThe quality of the actual product was good. My rating is based on the interaction with the owner. He was pleasant up to the moment his business practices were questioned. Before I could consider another company, the work was completed without a signed contract or agreement. The workers just showed up without even calling ahead. When I contacted the owner, he was abrasive and did not follow through on a request to fix damage done to an exterior wall. He made no concessions for the errors. I paid him the full price quoted which was higher than one from a different company.
Description of Work: Installed new gutters.

 + -1 moreOne technician came out for the estimate. They were friendly, responsive and professional. I thought the estimate was comparable to others. I have not gone through with the project yet but I had no problem scheduling the estimate.
Description of Work: I have contacted the company for and estiamte on gutter installation.

Description of Work: custom gutters replaced gutters in the front and back of home...but dealing with the owner was not at all pleasant. I believe he prefers to work with men...and does not have the patience to answer questions from a woman. Quite rude and direct with his responses....the work was fair...but had to come back out to gve us a temporary fix on a area of concern. My concern was that the gutter was gushing out water when it rained...but he didnt feel like it was a problem....and that it was a normal process. the end conclusion was that he finally agreed to come out...(at his convenience of course...) and put up a guard on the roof... thats all....

 + -1 moreService is excellent and the owner does the job right the first time.
Description of Work: Custom Gutters is a family operated business, run by the owner and his wife. They do a great job and do not cut any corners. If you want it done right the first time, use them. My neighbor tried to go the cheaper route with a less reputable company and he ended up having to have Custom Gutters fix the mess they made. The owner has been in the gutter business for a long time and he knows his business well. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They came out the first time to do the gutters... they said that it was not their decision on where to direct the gutters,it ended up being worse.... they will not return calls ,,,,,,now I will have to go through someone else who wont be able to guarentee anything since it was started by someone else.... I just wanted to get it fixed...been trying to call for three months.... there is one good installer named George but always seems unavailable...

Description of Work: Installed rain gutters on the front and back for $35770. They gave me four week start date, because of being so backed up. They did the job exactly like I expected, cleaned up after themselves, and no crushed landscaping. Great job!
