We bought a fire pit picnic table with six unique chairs about two years ago. The cushions that came with the chairs were so cheap they ripped within the first year of owning the set. Due to the unique shape of the chairs, the cushions were impossible to replace. Disappointed at best, we were about to purchase new chairs that would most likely not match our table when I found Cushion Solutions. After reading the reviews, we decided to not only have them do the cushions for our chairs, we had them make new cushions for our outdoor sectional as well. All we had to do was bring in an old cushion as a template and they did the rest. Everyone at the shop was knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for our project. The end result is absolutely amazing. All of our furniture looks brand new again for only a fraction of the cost. If you need new cushions, you don't need to look any further than Cushion Solutions. You will not be disappointed!

New sling fabric was installed on 2 Cay Sal Collection chaises purchased at Leader's Casual Furniture in 2011. They were able to closely match the original sling fabric color. We were advised that the hinges connecting the back to the seat might break during removal, which they did, but we were able to get replacement parts through Leader's. We were told the job would take approximately 2 weeks, but they completed it sooner. Although the cost was fairly high, it was only about half of what it would have cost to purchase new chaises. Since the frames on both chaises were in excellent condition, it made sense to have new fabric installed. Everyone at the shop was friendly and easy to work with, and we are pleased with the results. The chaises were too large to fit in our car, but our son was able to transport them to and from the shop in his truck. It would be nice if the shop could provide pick up and delivery service for larger items such as these if the cost of such a service could be kept reasonable.

Cushion Solutions did an AMAZING job for us!! We needed new cushions for our large, 10-year old (and since discontinued) outdoor Pottery Barn L-shaped sectional and weren't sure where to turn. Using our old cushions as a template, the Cushion Solutions team provided us with a wealth of fabric selections, including many Sunbrella options, and helped us make the customizable decisions that would ensure that we'd love the result. And we do! The project cost approx. $2,000 with a 3-week turnaround. Dennis hand-delivered the new cushions and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We're beyond satisfied...we're THRILLED!

The staff was very nice to work with. Phone calls were returned promptly and courteously. The attention to detail and care with the work is outstanding. Work was done on time, to specifications and delivered. Very professional. A quicker turn around time and somewhat better pricing than if I had used Summer Classics in Atlanta, Georgia. A very good experience! These are pros who take pride in their work.

Cushion Solutions is a fantastic find. From the moment I stepped into the office and work area, I was immediately greeted and personally escorted to exactly what I was looking for. I was given all the information I needed not only on the furniture itself, but on the restoration process and options for colors, upholstery and turn around time. I still can not believe the quality of furniture I was able to obtain at such a reasonable cost - thus ending a five year quest that has plagued my every summer and nearly drove me to despair. The only thing I can say is that the name is somewhat misleading, as this company does so much more than cushions. If you need a furniture makeover, chairs and lounges re-strapped, umbrellas re-covered or indeed, cushions stuffed or re-upholstered - this is the place to go.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. On my first visit I took the loungers with me, selected the fabric following their recommendations on durability etc. and placed the order. They gave me a time frame on the process and the completion date was well within what they had promised. The quality of their work and the completed product could not be better. We are extremely pleased and will recommend them to everyone who needs this type work done.

Grandchildren were being too h****** seat cusions of my 8 dining room chairs so I had Cushion Solutions recover them. I asked for fast service because otherwise we could not sit at the table to eat and would have to sit on the floor! OK for grandchildren but not this grandma! I took the 8 seat cushions in to the store on a Monday, asked for quick turnaround and the nice man who helped me pick out the new material (commercial grade!) said it could be done by the following Monday but I suggested Saturday instead. He said he couldn't promise but would try for Saturday but he couldn't guarantee it. Then they called on Thursday and said they were already ready. Hallejujah! Picked them up right away and they were beautiful! Wrapped in plastic so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. So, in sum, excellent service, quality product, quality workmanship, fast work. The cost was $75 per seat. Not cheap (good upholstering never is) but worth every penny! I heartily recommend CUSHION SOLUTIONS. Can't be beat!

I had Cushion Solutions remake all the cushions for my outdoor furniture. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Cushion Solutions did a fantastic job at reupholstering the patio chairs. The looked like new when I picked them up. They did the highest quality work and did it fast. They also gave me a very reasonable price. The only other company to give me a price on the work wanted twice as much. I would highly recommend Cushion Solutions to anyone wanting to reupholster their furniture.

We purchased the umbrella eleven months ago and it was damaged due to a storm. The company made repairs at no cost to us.
