CURB APPEAL PERMANENT MILDEW REMOVAL

Gregg took a lot of time to explain the details and go over benefits and options. The crew was at the house on time and were very careful around the house. Previously when I have had pressure washing done, a lot of my plants were hurt by the chemicals. They took great care in protecting my plants, and used a wash on the plants that protected them from the chemicals. My pool and deck area now look brand new. Gregg explained that the new sealant will protect the deck from further mildew damage. Well Done!

They did a very good job. They notified me of areas on the house that would be hazard to pressure wash. This company was more thorough in their examination and pricing than the other companies that I contacted.

Work adequate. The experience was horrible, buyer beware, make sure you measure yourself and accept no verbal commitments as they will not be honored.

I am glad the job is over because there were several very tense encounters with the owner of the business. At one point the owner/contractor left the property in a huff because he was overwhelmed with problems brought to light on the quality of the job. I often felt like I was on trial because of his past experiences with a difficult customer documented on Angie's list. On the first day of work, he did not want me to sign the contract, but I insisted anyway. He once said: "No need to sign it.. I know where you live". I did not appreciate this unprofessional attitude. He expected to be paid, on the second day of work, when the job had several issues that needed resolving.. at one point he tried to "buy me out" and name a price so he could leave me with the faults. I insisted that he complete the job and told him that I did not hire his firm so I could finish the work. I rate him only fair and felt often like rating him bad, but the job got done and ended cordially.

Very prompt in returning my initial call, on time to do the job which was very well done, and a good price. In two words, very professional. I would not hesitate to call Gregg again and would recommend him to others.

Gregg, the owner of the company, was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. He was prompt and courteous when he came to my home to give me a quote for the work I wanted done. He was so professional and reasonably priced, I decided to have him do the work. The work was completed yesterday, and he did a terrific job. He was on-time, and the work was outstanding. He definitely belongs on the ''A'' list!

Curb Appeal (Greg) was very responsive and concerned with doing a quality job. Greg was very professional, and took the time upfront to explain exactly what they do and answer all questions.

GREG AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE COLOR OF THE SEALANT THAT I CHOSE. IN HINDSIGHT, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT COLOR. THIS IN NO WAY REFLECTS ON GREG OR THE CURB APPEAL COMPANY. GREG DID CALL IMMEDIATELY WHEN HE HEARD THAT I WASN'T THRILLED WITH MY COLOR CHOICE AND DISCUSSED OPTIONS SHOULD I CHOOSE TO CHANGE THE COLOR. AT THIS POINT THE COLOR IS GROWING ON ME AND IS LIKELY TO STAY.

THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

GREGG CAME TO OUR APPOINTMENT AND BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE, SHOWED US HIS LICENSE, INSURANCE, REFERENCES AND BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF JOBS. THEN HE DID AN ESTIMATE WHICH DID NOT VARY ONE CENT FROM THE COMPLETED JOBS COST. HE ALSO WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT UNTIL WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
