This company is amazing! I have tried several others, some with disastrous results like the one that left the overflow drain open while I was away. I came home to a half empty pool! And they wouldn't even admit they made a mistake. I have been using Crystalline Pools for a couple of months now and they are super. They show up when they say they will, they do a great job keeping my pool clean, and if I am here when they come, they explain the chemical balance and what they did to keep it right. They even take a few minutes to give my dog some attention!
