They came out and gave quote to replace all window rollers and while here mentioned that they repair/replace window screens and pool screens so I had 2 window screen replacements as well as several pool screen repairs along with maintenance to the pool cage itself. Also repaired outdoor window framing that was coming loose. In all a very fair pricing for quality work! Would recommend them to family and friends!

Each time I called him he returned my call the same day and was always on time for the appointments. He was very professional, and worked very quickly and efficiently, doing extra to repair some damage on some of them. My windows work very well now and I am very pleased. The results were even better than I expected. I now have beautifully working windows without spending the enormous amount of money it would have cost me to replace them.

The owner answered the phone himself, quickly scheduled the repair and didn't even need driving directions to this address. His arrival was prompt, we inspected the missing bolts and lose screen and he provided an immediate price. The repair took about 30 minutes. I inquired about the "Crystal Clear Window" part of the company name and was told that window washing was no longer offered.

Gerd has always done great work for me since the first time he repaired/replaced screens for me in July of 2000. And he always has a fair price.

They were great. They gave me a reasonable estimate and less expensive than a similar company. They ordered the material and said it would be ready in about four days. They called four days later, and said they were ready to work. They did exactly what they said they would do in a very professional and timely manner. They cleaned up after the job, and removed all the old screen material.

He did an excellent job. I can stand on the porch and look out and I can't even see the screens.

Went great! I could have easily been sold more "stuff" but Gerad was adamant it was not needed. They did their thing, were neat, and very nice!

They replaced 5 screens, putting in clips for the other screens. They had reasonable prices, were prompt and took care of all ordering of materials and installed efficiently.

Sean responded quickly to my initial inquiry for a quote. He seemed knowledgeable and once Crystal Clear was selected he called a day before to schedule his appointment. The work was done efficiently and the door now works great and the screen enclosure secure with the new bolts and hurricane cable. He was very courteous. There is a one year guarantee on parts and labor.

Gerd and his assistant were a bit late on the initial visit due to them calling the wrong phone number (whoever answered told them to not come out) but when I called to see if he was still coming out, Gerd apologized for the mix up and came out immediately. They showed up on time at the second visit. Both gentlemen were pleasant and professional. Their work was excellent.

Michel evaluated the job, provided an estimate, and completed the job as scheduled. He was very professional, timely and honest. In addition to the screen repair he also repaired the door hinge on the screen door, which was not on his schedule. We highly recommend this company and will call upon him again.

Response on the phone was good. He gave me the price on the phone. He came when he said he would, took the screens, brought them back, and reinstalled them when he said he would. The work done and the material used was high quality. The service was prompt and courteous. The price was as quoted and quite reasonable. This is an example for other contractors to follow.

The work was performed on the same day as the quote was received. They did a good job.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSE. THE FIRST DAY THEY WERE LATE DUE TO OTHER PROBLEMS BUT THEY CALLED ME BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE LATE. THE JOB WAS DONE PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THE CLEANUP AFTERWARDS WAS PERFECT.
