I responded to an ad for 6 total hours of housecleaning for $90 (an introductory offer). They've (allegedly) been in business since 2001, so I thought it was a relatively safe bet. Paid through Paypal, and I have not been able to contact the company since. Oh, well... $90 poorer but a whole lot wiser. Never again.

This is the worst attempt of house cleaning I have ever experienced. I had prepaid for services. It took me two weeks, 4 emails, several phone messages and contacting Living Social and Amazon Local where I purchased the services before the owner, Crystal Lambeth, got back to me. I was not home during the first and only cleaning so couldn?t say anything at the time. The women did not dust/clean under anything but feathered around things. Mirrors, window sills, moldings, appliances, pictures and any object on tables were not addressed. They didn?t even clean behind the bathroom pedestal sinks or toilets. Only water was used to clean the hardwood and clearly dirty water was used repeatedly. They didn?t even bother to move the dining room chairs out to vacuum or clean; seriously?they worked around the table but not under it. My brand new never yet cleaned kitchen hardwood floors and the existing whole house hardwood was left much duller than before and there were still dust bunnies on my area rugs. I just got out of the hospital and was expecting international guest in two days. I had to take pain pills and spend the entire day re-cleaning what they did not which was most of the house. The business is an embarrassment to others that actually work at doing a good job. Don?t waste your money.
