Terrific service from Wildlife Specialist Mario!!

Warranty is pointless. Had bat infestation, they came out did inspection and removed bats with 3 year warranty to guarantee their work. One year later bats came back, entered same area, caused significant damage and smell this time. They did remove bats again but then charged me for microbial cleaning which was $300 more out of pocket. Was not sure why I would have to pay but figured to just put the problem behind me. Weeks later, I still have bat activity and attic still smells. I will probably need an attic restoration now. When I called to complain advising this would not have happened if they did the job right the first time they disagreed said they only cover work done. And because they had not done any of the other services first, they are not covered. So despite the smell and damage coming from their failed work they are not responsible for the attic damage or smell. In short, it is a worthless warranty. Be warned. I have managers coming out to re-inspect (again). Manager adamant on their stance, do not see correlation on why the extensive damage happened.

Polite, on time, kept in contact during process. They closed up access points in roof vents and one vulnerable corner area. Raccoons are gone!

Came out to estimate job when they said they would, explained all the services the would perform and how would do to protect the house. All the work was done as specified, on time and the inspector came several times to make sure problem was solved. Would recommend for their professionalism. I little more $$$ than I expected initially but their service and follow up warranted the price. Now it seems like a bargain!

They were very professional and explained in detail what removing a raccoon from our attic would entail. They kept to the schedule they proposed and kept us informed every day about what they were doing.
