 + 1 moreNot only was the job carried out in the time lines given prior to starting, but even in the bidding process I was given the options of subcontractors ranging in price, and what Guy felt the quality of work would be for those subcontractors in the different price ranges. They were also very accommodating in carrying out my mothers wish of no workers smoking on her property which I was concerned would be an issue in the beginning, however Guy assured me that it would not be. Overall I was so impressed with the quality of work, that I ended up having them do an interior paint job on my south tampa apartment.
Description of Work: We recently hired Consulting Contractors to do a renovation project in my Mothers home, replacing doors, base and casing as well as moving some walls and creating larger door openings. As well as matching the wall texture, they masked and protected the work areas, as well as those not being renovated. The craftsmanship was beyond expectation, not only was the painting at the highest level but they worked with us on the our colors and helped us create a perfect balance. Around 600 sq. feet of exterior siding was replaced with hardi board and we were so impressed with their workmanship we had them paint the entire exterior. Thanks for doing what was purposed and beyond in a timely manor.
