It went extremely well. Marc analyzed the situation initially, bought the equipment that was needed, and installed it in a timely and dependable fashion. He and his team are terrific!

After getting computer back ,it was fine but the price was out of line! $80- Think computers worth maybe $100

Marc and Jay visited our business within a half-hour of calling before the Independence Day holiday. They worked diligently to assess and diagnose the situation explaining what they were doing throughout the visit. They were able to fix the problem during a crucial time for us and we are very grateful that we found them. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again for their vast computer knowledge.

First let me say we've used the Computer Doctors, Marc and Jay, for many years and think they're the smartest, friendliest, IT professionals you could ever want for your home or business computer needs. At any computer glitch, I call Marc & he always talks me off the ledge. Most importantly, they both excel in customer service, respond promptly, and come prepared to solve a myriad of problems on site. In this case, a big lightening strike fried our computer, phones, wi-fi, cable, in spite of Zap-Cap protections, so we'll need a new tower. However, they somehow managed to "rig" a direct Wi-Fi work around in order to allow us to back up our entire "fried" hard drive and use the computer until we replace the tower. As always, we don't know how they perform these miracles, but they just do. We highly recommend them with thanks, enthusiam, and without reservation. They're great guys and true pros.

Mark did an excellent job helping me to resolve my issues. My computer is elderly, going on to oxygenarian. 😁 We got it back to creaking along. The Computer Doctor's have helped me a lot in the past. I highly recommend them. Excellent service and very patient, Very patient. I appreciate them helping me after hours too.

Perfect. Great service at a reasonable price. They were at my home in less than 2 hours after I called, when they said they would be here.

SUPERB! Both computers are running better than ever. Suggested an upgrade for my laptop that really makes a difference at relatively little cost. Spent a good amount of time answering my questions and educating me about various computer apps, replacement computer elements, printers, and Alexa-type home systems.

Called Fri 5 pm and set up appt Sat 9 am (Nov 11), Marc and his coworker arrived exactly at 9 am and left at noon. These 2 were the epitome of efficiency and professionalism, just the type person I felt comfortable allowing in my home. Friendly and knowledgeable. First thing they did was back up all my personal files to my external hard drive. They tried a few things to no avail and finally decided to do a clean re-install of Win 10. Before they left my computer was running well, with my printer software & driver reinstalled, my Google Chrome was working, my email was there...All I had to do was locate my MS Office installation email which I did with no problem after they left. Everything was working well and is still is. And Marc had answered many questions I asked about my PC & Windows, etc. Thanks Marc A and your trainee whose name I can't remember. I would rate you 20 stars if I could. Excellent staff, service, skill! AAA+++ I would not hesitate to use this fast & efficient company again if needed.

While this was a pretty "easy" fix, we have used Computer Doctors on two other occasions, deserving of a few minutes for a review.. Once was for my mother-in-law (computer was running extremely slowly). They spent the entire day into the evening to diagnose and fix her computer. They are professional, patient and very competent. AND convenient -- they come to your house! We very highly recommend them for any of your computer-related issues.

My computer was completely useless. A virus had caused all of my e-mails to reproduce hundreds of times and completely clog all the memory in my computer. I called Computer Doctors and they sent two technicians to my house that same afternoon. As I recall, they worked for about two hours to clear the problem and completely restore my computer to good as new condition. The job probably didn't require two techs, but they had just finished a big job in an office and happened to be in my area. Two extremely polite young professionals that really knew their job. I could not have been more pleased.

Overpriced. Took my laptop because I had trouble when I downloaded windows 8. Also, I was unable to get windows 8.1 to download. Fixed the major issues and the laptop worked again, but were not able to download 8.1 and just gave it back to me saying he wasn't able to do it.

I call this office at about 3:00 Pm on Thursday. The gentlemen that answered the phone said my problem didn't make sense (which I agreed with). He said he would have his technical at our house after 6:00 that day. We have yet to hear from them. I never received any service from them and they never returned my calls.

My computer got a nasty virus on a Friday. i tried to repair it myself to no avail. I called them late on a Friday, expecting a Monday service call. I was surprised when they made an appointment to come out early Saturday morning. They were prompt, professional and repaired my computer. Marilyn
