The techs, Marc and Jay, readily diagnosed and addressed the problems affecting our computer and laptop that were causing slowness and other issues. They answered all our questions and offered helpful advice and options. They were extremely knowledgeable, proficient and professional. It couldn't have gone better!

It went real good. They came in and discovered the problem right away and gave me a plan on how to fix it. It required a new CPU liquid cooling fan. They ordered the correct part and came back the next day to install it and my computer is back up and running.

Two Gentleman came the same day I called and FIXED my issues with the computer and the fax machine. Answered all my questions in the utmost professional manner. I was extremely happy with the service.

As usual, beyond my expectations. Have been using them for about 2 years and will continue to do so again and again and again........ I hesitated recommending them because I was thinking that if everybody hired them, they would put me on the sidelines. I called them in the morning on the Friday after the holiday with a server that had stopped working, effectively stopping my business. They were able to reroute a technician that was already on the road to get them to us sooner. The technicians showed up, promptly diagnosed the problem that had us stopped, replaced a bad hard drive, and restored the data to the new hard drive in just over an hour. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and had us back up and running quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with computer issues.

They worked till the job was done. Super people ( Mark & Jay) and would hire again and again. They spent 3 days of dedicated work on our computers. Their knowledge was surreal. They put extra programs on our computers to help us out in the future, so hopefully we don't experience this problem again. Even after they left the jobsite, they worked on our computers through teamviewer, which is awesome, where they take over your computer and you watch what you are doing and correct and problems. All and all, they are great!!!

A rogue instance of McAfee was running in the background. It was causing the laptop to freeze up when I ran an instance of Oracle VirtualBox.

Great - the problem was quickly discovered (after a thorough exam), and repaired on the spot with their well-packed kit. The problem was a corrupt RAM bar, which they replaced on the spot. Also, they gave me great advice about future care and protective measures for future use. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. These are now my go-to guys for all computer problems!
