Laptop Screen broke creating all sorts of havoc for my husband who travels for business. these guys did a very fast, efficient job for a lot less than Best Buy and in a lot less time. They even express ordered the part for me. I did have to pay express shipping but the total was still less than Best Buy. It was about the same as if I had sent it to HP but that would have taken 3-4 weeks. Who can be without their laptop for 3-4 weeks? I recommend and will use again.

They installed a new hard disk and installed a copy of Vista Ultimate operating system.

i called a couple of other places after i had spent 4 hours trying to move my files- they couldnt do the work today and one place said you can not move 2003 to 2010 even though MIcrosoft says you can.i called Computer Doctors after reading their reviews. they came out to my office asap- called twice to let me know the technicians was running a few minutes late. they arrived within the window of time they told me. two very polite guys got to work right away, showing me exactly what to do, transfered and setup everything and gave me some great advice on how to minimize issues with OUtlook 2010 and explaimed why i was having issues wiih 2003 version. they also gave me some help with a few other small issues as I was not use to windows 7. i would definately call them again however i wouldnt wait until i spent hours trying to do the job myself. i wasted most of my day when i could have had it fixed within one hour by calling Computer Doctors. Lesson learned- cal lthe experts and get it done asap.

These guys are terrific. This is the third time I have used them. They come to you and repair your computer in your home. This trip my laptop was having difficulty starting. Turns out my 6 year old computer was losing its hard drive. They took it with them, replaced the hard drive, transfered all my data and returned it to me in good working order. In the past I had trouble with viruses. They cleaned up my computer, rid me of all the viruses and installed a high quality, low cost virus protection program that has worked great. These guys generally come in twos, have a quiet, friendly demeaner and I have never felt uncomfortable having them in my home. They work quickly yet efficiently. Their response time is great as well. I highly recomment this company!
