Collins Key & Lock

Alan arrived on time, swiftly re-keyed 17 cylinders, replaced one broken door handle for us. He cleaned up after the work was completed.

I called looking for a key fob and anti-theft electronic key for my van. This company does not provide that service, however, they answered promptly and were very polite. They also let me know of someone who could help me with what I'm looking for. Very nice folks.

It was fine. I didn't have any problems whatsoever. They showed up on time and he was within his estimate. He did good work.

Repairs were completed as best as possible-old lock. Did very good work. Repair cost was reasonable.

We had a very positive experience.

Each time Alan (and in the past, his father) was easy to reach, quick to respond and very fair in their prices. continue to call them as they are trustworthy people and have been in the business in this area for a very long time. Collins Lock and Key originally was Collins Hardware in Temple Terrace many years ago...... I enjoyed them then..... and feel it is important to use a a small neighborhood business and help keep them around. Expecially the really good ones!

I had already purchased the three items - Mr. Collins and his co-worker arrived as scheduled and installed the three items quickly and efficiently. They took the items they replaced with them for disposal rather than leaving them for me to deal with them. They had all the tools they needed with them, and cleaned up after themselves.

We are very pleased. Mr. Collins was very prompt and helpful, and did an excellent job.

ALAN WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING MY CALL, WAS ON TIME, GOT THE JOB DONE, AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. PRICE SEEMED EXTREMELY REASONABLE TO ME. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.

OWNER DOES THE WORK! ALAN IS GREAT, IT'S NICE TO HAVE A CONTRACTOR WHO YOU DON'T NEED TO STAND OVER THEIR SHOULDER.
