Description of Work: This Coldwell Banker office was selected to list my Lutz home for sale (Jan 2015). The experience with the company and with our listing agent Mary Zohar was both flawless and stress-free. This was definitely the easiest real estate transaction I have ever been involved with.

Description of Work: We used Coldwell Banker for realty services when we bought our home in Temple Terrace. Our real estate agent, David Hammontrees, spent countless hours over several months taking us to view houses that were in our target area. In spite of our being very picky, David never lost patience with us. In fact, he told that we were his favorite clients and that he totally enjoyed the time he spent with us. imagine that! | |When we finally found THE house, David pulled out all the stops to rush things through. The house was listed on Monday night, we saw the house the next morning and made an offer same day. There turned out to be three offers, one of them a cash offer, but ours was accepted the next day. We closed in less than 30 days and love our new home. | |We not only will continue to use David as our agent (we also have rental properties), we will wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreI used Anne Park. There was a fee to Coldwell Bank broker with whom she works with on the buyer’s side but on the seller’s side they take commission to the Coldwell Bank broker. She was recommended to me by someone I know and she was absolutely fabulous. She helped me find a home and we went with closing with her. She gave lots of good information and recommendation. She stayed within the budget we were looking for and in fact we ended up being way under budget and that’s a good thing. The price was good.

I worked with her for almost a year so she is patient. I am not the average home buyer because my budget was so low so I called to see if she would even take me on. She had no doubts at all and that was really nice for a first-time home buyer.
