Under Tom's management and Aimee's design assistance, CMK just remodeled my master bathroom. Start to finish, it was a wonderful experience! The work on the project began on schedule (several months after I signed the contract, as we agreed), and was completed ahead of schedule (thanks to Tom's careful supervision). All of the installers and technicians were professional and courteous, respectful of my time and of my use of the house while they were working. And the end result is even better than I imagined when I first scheduled the project. I will definitely call on CMK again if I need further kitchen or bath remodeling. Thank you, CMK!

We are a military family and hired cmk in 2022, and ww will not recommend this company to anyone, they lie, steal and their work is mediocre for the money they charge. They hire uncertified people and charge you as if they have professionals working. They lack communication and the PMs are not on your side. We had about 3-4 different Project managers during the process and each time we had to explain what needed to get done, this creating confusion and misunderstandings. CMK charged us around 44k to remodeled our master bath. Then they charged us an extra $950 out of pocket for an unforeseen issue which turned out to be a mistake, when we requested our money back they said they applied the money to something else, which we did not give them permission for, and they did not do a change order showing us the actual cost for what they applied it to ( bathroom lights, which is another story). They removed our baseboards, repainted it and put that same old baseboards back even though we paid for a total remodeling ,to include new baseboards that was listed on our contract. The baseboards look horrible, we had a professional come look at it and we were told they were not new baseboards, the caulk in our shower is horrible, there are chips every where. All of these things came to light once we moved our things back in the bathroom, little by little we would notice things after the paint dried. They also damaged our living room wood floor and the pavers in front of our home. They refuse to come to a proper agreement with us financially to repair the damages even after providing them professional quotes for the repair. They tried to repair the damages themselves, but caused more damages, then they tried to blame us saying we caused the damages. We have been going back and forth with a lawyer, but now we say to h*** with it, we will take our loses but I will make sure they lose more with the this review. We still owe them around 4k which they will not get and they haven’t asked for because they know very well they us around 9k for all the damages they caused, plus our $950. We have lots of pictures to show the work done, but unfortunately only allowed to post 10. There is a lot more. DO NOT HIRE CMK, they are unprofessional and unrealizable. Does not communicate, and will perform mediocre work. Seek out small business owners instead.

After an initial rough go with our previous project manager at CMK, we were sent a new project manager in Steve aka ”The Closer”. Our experience is completely night and day. Steve is nothing but punctual, professional and a great communicator. He kept us constant updated on project status and deadlines. He was on top of his team (who were also great) and was in and out of our home within 3 weeks. I would recommend CMK and if you can get Steve and his team, you’ll be happy with the end result of your project.

The CMK team made this process super easy and fun. They communicated well every step of the way and were in and out timely. I would highly recommend these guys and plan to use them again in the future.

CMK Construction did excellent work for us, in a timely and professional way with great communication. We needed to upgrade our bathroom to install new vanity and sinks, repair damaged walls, and install sliding glass to protect our shower and tub. CMK gave us a quote and we went forward. Our designer gave great advice on the right types of vanity, sink, and fixtures to select. Work started quickly after we were ready. Steven our project manager was wonderful, attentive, and communicated frequently and effectively. The results are excellent and met all of our expectations and then some.

These people are terrible. They will destroy your home and demand that you pay for the damages. The people who run the company are liars and are basically terrible people who I would never want to associate with. The best day of my life is when they finished their job.

5ft x 8ft bathroom took from May 10, 2021 - September 27, 2021, which is about 20 weeks to complete when we were originally told it should just take 3-4 weeks. This was a conversion from a bath/tub combo to a stand up shower and I did not do any upgrades. First issue we came across was that we were told they would not work past 5pm. It was a Thursday night, I was notified by my cameras that someone was in the house at 10pm and I was out of town for a family function. I messaged them and was told it shouldn't be any of their workers. We were calling the police and within two minutes, I was messaged back by CMK that it was their tiler that was prepping for the next day. Next issue was that I started receiving notices from their Controller to pay a certain percentage of money to them. We were financing the bathroom through their finance company and it was stated that if you use their finance company, no money would be due until the job was completed. I informed the Controller of this twice. I finally was fed up in the middle of September that the bathroom was not completed and no one had been in the house for 2 weeks, so I stated calling CMK daily. The company actually did not know the project was not completed. Now, they scheduled the walk through with a Project Manager and we refused to have it with him. We ended up having a Regional Project Director walk through and he was supposed to have us sign off on completion of the project, as they stated the job was complete. When he walked through the bathroom we documented the issues: the toilet was not connected back to water, the marble counter top had a huge gouge out of it, the floor was unfinished, the walls on the outside were cracked and nothing was completed. This took the last three weeks to complete. When we moved back into the home, the floor and drain of the shower was not sloped correctly and the shower would not drain. We filed a "warranty claim" with CMK starting on December 27, 2021 and the floor was partially ripped out by CMK and the drain was re-sloped and moved. Four days without a shower for this to be completed and as soon as we took a shower after the "repair", we were facing the same issue...the shower would not drain. Only now, the floor had a huge dip on one side of the drain and the where the tile had been replaced, pieces were sharp. CMK sent out four different plumbers to try to clear the drain. Roto-Rooter was even called in to assist and after 5 minutes, told me there was nothing they could do. So, CMK sent a company with a camera and found out that there was something blocking the p-trap of the shower. They had to come back and put a nasty smelling chemical down the drain. Eventually, the plumber ended up getting styrofoam out of the drain. The styrofoam, in conjunction with grout was what was blocking the drain from opening. The shower is now draining. The floor was completed May 5, 2022. This is 19-20 weeks again for the repair and being without a shower for 4-5 days at a time and is the only bathroom/shower in our house. The company has horrible communication at every level and no follow up or follow through. Be prepared to call and call and call and call to get a response. The President really only cares that his company gets your money and nothing beyond that. He will blow you off completely and does not care if you are having issues.

Terrible experience. Unreliable,unprofessional, unorganized. Even though all the materials were here, it took 4 months to get the job done. Very poor workmanship, cabinets hung off centered had to be taken down and rehung. Many mistakes.too many to mention. I would not recommend this company to anyone. CMK has even blocked my comments from social media, guess they only want the good (if any) comments. Do yourself a favor, find another company.

This company is an absolute nightmare. They have been in my home for 6 months and still not even close to finishing the job. Everything they do has to be re-done a second and third time. We have had 4 PM's and I've the VP has been to my house and no one cares. They have their supplies taking up my entire garage and back patio. Currently I've been told they are waiting on supplies and won't be back for 2 weeks. My family of 4 has been sharing a bathroom for 6 months. Do not even consider using this company. They are absolutely horrible.

1. Very Poor Project Management 2. Very Poor quality of Cabinetry 3. Took 4 times to get the countertop measured and installed properly 4. Took 5 times to get the correct linear drain ordered and installed. Project Manager David P. had the tile installer put in something we didn’t order or want. Waited almost a full 4 months for drain that we wanted to be installed. 5. Couldn’t figure out how to create a top for our bench seat until the owner figured it out. 6. Wanted a tankless hot water tank installed. Salesman ordered to big a water heater for our electric panel capacity. 3 different representatives said our panel could handle it. Electrical came to install and said he couldn’t do as it could start an electrical fire. Project Manager, David P. Told electrician to install anyway. This was at 6:30 on a Friday night. Electrician’s boss said NO WAY. Everything had to be dismantled and old hot water tank reinstalled until a new and correct size was ordered and could be installed. 7. Tower for linens was to have pull out drawers for ease of use. No drawers. 8. Vanity in 3 sections; 2 cabinets and middle drawers. When installation occurred, middle section was totally different color of white than what was ordered and did not match. Another reorder. 9. Crown molding for tower was never ordered therefore another time lapse. 10. Shower enclosure cut too short, reorder. 11. Plumber cut huge holes in back of vanity cabinets for pipes to go through, thus ruining those. White wood panels installed as a remedy, but not a bit wha customer wanted or ordered. 11. No quality control from warehouse to delivery. No inspection of CMK ordered products by project manager David P. causing numerous delays. 12. Workers blaming each other for various mistakes throughout the project. 13. Project Manager, David P. Insulting, Rude, Refused to Assume any Responsibility for anything that went wrong. Went out of town for 4-5 days without assigning anyone to have customer contact while he was gone, causing more difficulties during time he was away, hung up the phone on customer when customer was upset over him pulling the tiler off the job for 2 hours to go to another job. 14. Numerous lies told by various people at CMK about the numerous mistakes, etc. throughout the project. 15. A 4 week project turned into 4 months until full completion, not to satisfaction of customer. 16. The only items that were ordered and flawless at the time of installation were those purchased by the customer, including light fixtures, sink bowls, faucets and shower mechanisms, make up mirror, and toilet. 17. Overpriced, poor resolution of problem, with only a $1300.00 discount given to customer. We do no recommend CMK for any home building or home remodeling projects.

There were a few hurdles, but in the end we got a good job and are proud of our new bathroom.

CMK did a great job. They finished in 4 weeks as promised. My Project Manager, Dave, was right on top of everything, which made the job go quickly and smoothly. Everyone, from the "demo guys" to the finishing carpenters did a great job. Everyone respected my home and took precautions to not damage anything. The subcontractors knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. I can't say enough great things about Jeremy, who did all the tile work - and I had picked 24 x 48 tiles!! Jeremy did a fantastic job matching the pattern, putting in the niche and making the bathroom beautiful. Thank you to everyone at CMK!! Next time I need any work done, you'll be my first phone call. I gave them my budget & they stuck to it.

The company was very professional and provided a great design for what we asked for. The estimate was 99,000 for a kitchen. The cost was a lot more than all of the other remodel estimates we received, which were about half of this estimate. I do not doubt they would have done a good job from their past job gallery they have, but they were way overpriced in comparison to other kitchen remodeling companies.

Eric and his team were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My project was treated with importance even though it was not a large overtaking. They took time to work clean prior and post which is a diamond in the rough from my past experiences. Would definitely hire them again!

I am happy to recommend CMK Construction Co. This group rescued my bathroom from disaster. A roof leak had caused a ceiling collapse. When my insurance company's recommended construction company did such an awful job (when they showed up) over the course of 6 stressful months I had to search for another company to restore my bathroom. That's when I contacted CMK. Beginning with a detailed estimate from the amazing professional team of Derrick and Kathleen along with their help selecting affordable products, excellent communications with my insurance company, etc., through the reconstruction under project manager, Brian's supervision I finally have a beautiful, functional bathroom. They kept me informed with scheduling the crews, addressed my concerns and questions and completed the project with quality and professionalism. There were many unexpected problems along the way in dealing with undoing and redoing the disaster left by the first company but they knew how to handle it. I am totally satisfied with CMK and will definitely call on them again for future construction needs.

Our project manager, Eric, was very accessible and responsive to the project components. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and is very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new kitchen and how it has improved the value of our condo. We've received several complements from neighbors and family on the kitchen.

After researching many contractors, we chose CMK Construction to remodel our Master and Pool bathrooms, simultaneously. Our salesperson, Jessica, did a great job helping get the projects within budget, and offered some cost-cutting suggestions that did not impact the look and feel of our projects. Eric did an exceptional job as our project manager. He was responsive, personable, and always took the time to educate us about specific phases of the projects. Eric was pivotal in ensuring that the projects were done quickly, and with the highest of quality. The projects were kept clean, and we were always kept up-to-date on the schedule. We truly felt that Eric and his team exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely satisfied with how beautiful our bathrooms turned out.

I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom remodel. Derrick and Kathleen saw my vision from the start. Taylor managed the project professionally and was available when I needed him. The gentlemen who installed everything were amazing! Their tile work was flawless. I would recommend CMK to anyone who needs a remodel.

We purchased our current townhouse from its original owner of 30 years, and it needed a complete overhaul. On top of the usual kitchen & bathroom remodel, it needed architectural changes to enlarge the living space and relocation of the water heater. We originally started the project with a different contractor, but he was totally disorganized and dishonest with his quotes and the negotiation kept dragging on. Out of desperation I asked my colleagues for recommendation and someone recommended CMK Construction. Eric was very easy to work with from the beginning. He was detailed and gave us a lot of good design suggestions. Throughout the project, he consistently communicated with us on progress, issues, and found creative ways to overcome limitations. When mistakes are made, he acknowledges quickly and fix them without push back. We couldn't be happier with the final results!

Great team to work with! I would highly recommend CMK Construction and their workers. I had my bathroom and kitchen remodeled 6 months ago and the guys are always on time and friendly. The work is quality and great customer service. We are thinking to redo our bedroom maybe sometime next year and would definitely hire them again. I recommend their team to my family and friends already and they all rave about their home upgrade. Great job and great guys!

I had worked with Derrick on a previous project for my home a few years back and had an excellent result so I went right back. Derrick and I worked through all the details over and over. I know I had to have driven him up the wall. We even got down to the brand of electrical sockets and switches. Never did he seem irritated or upset. His main priority and what he had stressed each and everyday til the end was I need to be happy and that's what he wants to make sure I am. Throughout the project I made a lot and I mean A LOT of changes. They weren't changes like oh this is what we are going to do next. It was changes after the fact they had completed a part of the remodel. Yet not once he or his people were upset. They always found solutions and got it right. Eric their project manager did beyond all imagined dealing with me and my OCD and craziness. He probably got the brunt of the OCD and some of the nonsense but he never lost his cool or made it seem like I was doing anything out of the ordinary. Eric made sure every little nuance was completed and even with me being a royal pain in the *** about the littlest of things he got it done. I am beyond happy and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new master suite. I will definitely be hiring CMK for my next project which actually will be starting shortly ! Great crew and team and highly recommend them. Included are the pictures of the bathroom. Huge transformation and cannot thank CMK, Derrick, Eric and the team enough for everything turning out as amazing as it did !! HIRE THESE guys GREAT work !!! And very patient especially with pain in the *** people like me that constantly change their mind and redo the plan over and over. Thank you !!

This is our first renovation experience. We were nervous since most of our friends had poor experiences (such as missed deadlines and increased costs.) However, everything went very smoothly from the initial contact to final walk-through. We had everything replaced except for the bathtub, which we had reglazed. Our CMK contact, Rhiannon Brick, took the time to understand our likes, dislikes, design tastes, etc, so she sourced all of the items in the bathroom for us, which kept us on budget. Our project supervisor, Jason Navantieri, kept us informed every step of the way. He stopped by or called us daily to check on the progress of our renovation. The guys that did the work were very professional and were perfectionists! Our bathroom is perfect and exceeded our expectations. The project came in at budget and was completed early. Both Rhiannon and Jason were great about getting back to us, answering questions and text messages, even on the weekends! I highly recommend CMK.
