We own six rental properties in Tampa area. We have been working with CMB Air for a few years now. Always receptive, friendly and punctual. Chris is smart enough to purchase parts for the summer in advance, so they are on the shelf or in the trucks when needed. This is the kind of smart thinking that is seldom seen and hardly ever appreciated, and not lost on us. Phones are answered quickly, and response times are usually within minutes not days. Chad is as personable and honest as you could ask for. Never an oversell just what you need and get it done. They do this even when good employees are difficult to find and harder to keep around.

The serviceman who came out was highly professional, and he appeared to do a fine job. He was initially here to do a check of the system. He found and fixed a few issues. Ulitimately, he found an issue with a valve (TXV) and let me know up front that it would cost a little over $900 to replace it. The company came highly recommended, and I accepted the judgement and the price. At this point, I must assume the blame for my ultimate dissatisfaction with the price (not the work). I allowed him to work without checking the price or comparison shopping (MY fault). At the end, I asked for an itemized bill. The owner of the company said, "We do not do Itemized statements this price is a flat rate that includes cost of materials, parts, labor and drive time." That is when I became concerned. I searched the part on retail on the internet and found that it was no greater than $138. The service man spent approximately 2 hours doing the repair. I'm sure he pumped in some form of coolant and sealed the system up (he did provide me with detailed notes of what he did). The problem I have, after having completed the transaction, is that I believe the price was too high. Again, I did not comparison shop, and in the end, this is my fault. The person who recommended this group told me that she did receive an itemized bill, adding to my concern. If I were to have them come back, I would be much more careful about prices before giving permission to work. The service man was professional and very willing to answer questions, so I do recommend them, but warn you to be wary of prices.

Great from the get-go. 7/31/19 I called and 2 technicians came out (Chad & Mike) to assess the problem. I had a new unit that was installed just last July by another company that wouldn't address the high humidity problem. (CMB was the 3rd company I called) Both 2nd opinions said the A/C unit was too large (3.5 ton) and since I had newer glass doors and new insulation put in I should have gone down in size perhaps, but certainly not up. Also I need more return flow. (which #2 company did) CMB contacted the manufacturer of my current unit and they made a suggestion which Chris (owner of CMB) offered to me as an option. 8/2/19 -Chris and Mike came back today to install a new 2-stage unit (3 ton) and a new thermostat (WiFi!) and it is working like a dream. It is so refreshing and reassuring when a company puts their customer's needs and comfort first. They will be my AC people from now on!

I was really impressed by the service provided by CMB. From schedule of appointment to punctuality and professionalism in doing the job. I will recommend their service to my friends and colleagues.

My AC went out in the middle of August, go figure. It was my first AC replacement so I took my time and had gotten 9 estimates. I was mulling my options when a family friend suggested calling Chris. I did so and met him at my house about 15 minutes later for an estimate, nice response, right? As soon as I met him I could pretty much tell he was going to be my choice. Not only was his the lowest price for a quality name brand unit (Rheem/Ruud), but I was even able to get a higher efficiency SEER 15 unit for less than some wanted for a SEER 13. We had been without AC staying at a relatives for about a week at that point and he was able to get us back in our house very quickly despite having another bigger, higher paying job come in before ours. A+ service from beginning to end, a quality installation with no issues whatsoever. On top of the price and service, another bonus was a 2 year labor warranty, which you won't find with anyone else, at least I didn't. To me, that shows a company that's so confident in their work they know they won't have to come back. I would definitely recommend and use again, although I don't think I'll have to for quite a while!

They were on time, very professional, very neat and very nice. I will recommend them for sure.

Chris, owner of CMB, was absolutely terrific. He assessed and educated us to the the needs of our structure and various options available. He removed the old system and installed and tested new system. He was very informative, provided top quality service, and we believe his advice helped save us money in the long run. We will definitely use CMB to address our future AC needs and services.

CMB was a great service experience. They came out and serviced the AC unit in a timely manor. The technician was very presentable. The job was completed with minimal mess. I will be using this company for all of my future repairs. Its was refreshing to have a company come to my home and work on my unit with the same care as they would their own.
