great job. driveway and garage was extremely clean and gutters all flushed out.

He called to reschedule twice, then finally told me he had to leave to take care of family problems, and perhaps he could try again in a couple months. I asked for my money back and he never responded, so I ended having the charge reversed.

Best pressure washing company we have ever used. They showed up on time, got right to work, paid attention to details and were careful with our furniture and plants on the patio, and were professional and polite. I will call them anytime I need pressure washing.

Bought the deal on 10/01/2014. Seller responded around the 3rd and service set for the 10th of October. Nobody showed up. No phone calls to cancel. I checked my angles list and saw a message stating that service provider was sick. Would have appreciated a 24 hour cancellation notice. I have not heard back from provider. I would appreciate a full refund.

This is the second time we've utilized Josh's professional pressure cleaning service. To say he and his wife did an excellent job would be an understatement. They were very flexible in scheduling, were punctual, and easy to work with. We will continue to use Clay's Pressure Washing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mr. Clay was very professional. He was very responsive to my questions and scheduled the work quickly. He arrived on time and walked around with me to make sure we were both clear on what he was to wash. He explained the process and how long it would take to complete the work. He finished on-time and when he was finished, walked around with me to show me that everything I had requested had been addressed. He even took care of a few extra things, like washing my porch furniture, that I had not requested and did not charge extra for doing it. After he was finished, the house, fence, driveway and sidewalks looked like brand new. I will definitely use Clay's Pressure Washing again.

Had a little trouble scheduling which is why I gave the 'C' on punctuality. Overall I would use Clay's again since he did a nice job for a good price.

I thought for sure I'd have to paint the outside of the home because there were spots I thought were rust stains. Not so! Mr. Clay and his lovely assistant Nichole worked together to pre-treat then wash the home. It only took about an hour and I have received many compliments from my neighbors. I will definitely be a return customer! I was very pleased with the result!

Great job. I wasn't charged because he was unable to come at a previously designated appointment. Job was professionally done. Date is an estimate.

Poor communication on expectations and service. Explained ahead of time to vendor about the pitch of the roof. Waited 4 extra days just to come to the house and then gets to house and says he wasn't going to do the work. Now I have a timing problem that could have been avoided. Vendor should just state on his profile that they won't work on gutters if roof is too steep.

Josh Clay did an outstanding job. From the time I contacted him by email to the time he showed up at my door it was less than half a day. He is courteous and extremely professional. I strongly recommend his services.. He has the knowledge and the equipment that is needed to do this type of job.

For both experiences, he arrived on time, got to work right away, and cleaned up afterwards. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely call Clay's Pressure Washing again in the future.

It was very easy to setup an appointment to get this work done. Josh was able to give me a firm estimate over the phone by looking at my property on Google Maps! Josh arrived within minutes of our scheduled appointment time. He explained in detail what tools, techniques and chemicals he would be using for each part of the job. He estimated 2 hours to complete the work but was done early. All the things he cleaned look great. There are no lines or marks on the sidewalks. The bird cage is bright white. I would absolutely not hesitate to use him again!

Went great - showed up promptly and did a superb job in a little bit of time. Had a special machine that had a large round head (2-3 ft. in diameter) so he didn't leave any pitting or deep grooves like I'd done with a gas powered machine.

It was fine, but the only issue was that they charged us an extra $25 that we didn’t know we had to pay. The ad said that there may be a $25 charge, but when I called them to schedule, they didn’t say anything about it. However, they were on time and did the job.

I purchased this through you big deal desk in march. I have been trying to get the work done and waiting. He was supposed to come today at 10 to do the job, but had a problem with his equipment.
