Job was completed in a quick manner and Ed was great to work with. He spent a lot of times answering all of my questions. He was available by phone and text.

Rod is a good guy?honest, hard-working, good attitude, responsive to phone calls and dependable. He produces a good work product. My job was more work than he anticipated, but he did not ask for more money. If I ever have to grade my yard again, I will ask that lasers be used to get the sloping just right, so that water does not pool while draining off the property. This was not Rod?s fault, as it was not part of my scope of work.

We agreed he would work on weekends. He came every Saturday and worked on the project. He went out of his way to take care of extra details in the work. He is a very skilled heavy equipment operator.

In preparation for building my new home, I contacted Mr. Clanton, who was recommended to me by a friend. He came out to the property (1 acre, wooded) and we discussed which trees would have to be removed. He helped me determine the best location for the house. I wanted to try to keep as many of the bigger trees as possible and he spent the better part of a Saturday with me, measuring and laying out where the house would go. He answered my millions of questions and was always available if I needed clarification on anything. He kept in contact with me and even helped by talking to the septic tank contractor and coordinating their schedules. On the rare occasion that he was not going to be able to make it to the job or was going to be late, he always called me to let me know.
