This company is relatively new to the area and did not have many references or reviews to check for quality or dependability. I am a tough sell when needing home repairs and was even more so with this company because of their lack of history. After taking 3 more bids for the project from companies that have excellent reviews for quality and workmanship in the area, the Citrus Contracting project manager was more than willing to go the extra mile. Several extra trips were made for providing any documentation we asked for including licensing, and insurance. I even contacted their supplier for information about their account with them being in good standing. Citrus Contracting was working hard to earn our business so we decided to go with them. Now that the project is finished they have delivered on every promise made and then some. Their quality of work and professionalism, even as far as constantly keeping the property clean while working, is second to none.

Citrus did a fantastic job! They were very helpful in explaining the true issues and doing the work promptly, professionally, and in cost effective manner. Also, I cannot say enough about Katie, she is extremely nice and very helpful.
