Citrus Contracting and Nate Caraway did a great job. Nate delivered on all his promises and we have received compliments on the appearance of our roof. The entire company, including the crew, were timely and professional.

The representative form Citrus Contracting that handled my job was Jason Smith. This is my first home, and first roof replacement, I had no idea what to expect. Jason was a consummate professional through the entire process. Jason navigated me through the interaction with my insurance company in a manner that I understood what to expect at every step of the way. Jason was knowledgeable in answering all my questions, and ensured my concerns were addressed promptly. My roof had incurred some wind damage that I was unaware of. Upon inspection of my roof, Jason informed me that my roof was probably eligible to be replaced for the cost of my insurance deductible. I was skeptical, but after my roof was inspected by my insurance company, it was approved to be replaced. The crew that did the actual work was prompt, polite, respectful, and hard working. The entire job was finished in one day, short of some minor details that were taken care of the following day. I am extremely pleased with the service Citrus Contracting, and Jason Smith, provided. A new roof with GAF architectural shingles, for the cost of my deductible is a fabulous thing. It's been a few weeks since my roof was installed, so far I have no issues, and it's rained a few times since. If you think your roof has damage, or needs to be replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jason Smith from Citrus Contracting.

Once I gave Citrus the okay to begin the work, I was scheduled within a few days. Nate brought over a book of shingle samples and he he helped me select a color. He also gave me several of my neighbors homes to look at whose roofs Citrus had replaced. The dumpster was delivered early on a Saturday, work began on a Monday, and was completed by Wednesday. The men that were were here to put on my new roof were very friendly, prompt, cleaned up the areas each day after they finished. They did an outstanding job and again I would highly recommend this company. It looks great and I couldn't be happier with the results

Citrus was incredibly responsive and flexible. Always reachable, friendly and professional. Did a spectacular job, without unduly rushing or delaying--accommodated both our schedules and worked around forecasted wet weather. Used GAF Timberline 50-year roof system with synthetic underlayment. Outcome is beautiful, dramatically improving the look of our home while providing better weather protection. Even noticeably reduced the sound of rain on the roof. Citrus did a fantastic job of cleanup, including nail removal from the yard. Provided wind mitigation report which supported four discounts on homeowner insurance. Do not hesitate to work with this company!!!

Better than I could have hoped. Nate contacted me after I emailed his company from Angie's List. He was the 3rd contractor I obtained a quote from. He walked me through the job that would be needed, came to the house to walk the insurance adjuster through the roof, and worked with me on what I'd need to give the insurance company. We had a leak and he came out right away to patch it, and working with our schedule as we're selling the house. He is incredibly patient and accessible. Once permits were approved, the entire roof was replaced in 2 days, and the inside ceiling was repaired a week later (my schedule was the reason it happened a week after). Nate's quote was reasonable for the work required. The other 2 quotes from other companies I found on Angie's List were much higher, and 3 companies never responded to my inquiry. Citrus Contracting, and Nate in particular, work hard to ensure their work is done right and the customer is treated fairly and respectfully. They don't try to gouge the consumer or treat anyone like they don't know anything (an experience I had with another contracting company, who spoke down to me because I'm female and called me 'the little woman'). Nate and his guys are trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, and really nice. If I'm going to give my business to a company, I want it to be one like Citrus Contracting. If you need work on your house, you should call them.

Truly professional and pleasant experience working with Nate. We were able to replace the entire roof after insurance inspection and the job was completed timely and expertly. Nate worked with the appraiser and behind the scene matters to ensure smooth process.

Hi, I am a home owner with a 22 year old roof that I was thinking about replacing. On 05/04/2016 there was a storm with high wind and small hail. About a week later Citrus Contracting was replacing a neighbors roof . I stopped by to talk to them him as we had recently had a strong storm. I talked to Nate Caraway the Project Manager and was immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He inspected my roof the same day and informed me I had incurred wind damage. He helped me with all the information I needed to provide to the the insurance company , met and talked to their adjuster. With his help I was approved for a total replacement. I was impressed by his and his company's professional approach and elected to have his company replace my roof. Workers arrived at 7:45 Monday 08/29/2016 and were done by Tuesday 08/30. The work was done quickly and professionally. Upon completion the worker totally cleaned the area leaving no trace of work, only a new roof. A roof vent ( important for cooling in Fl) was added at no additional cost. I have recommended them to another neighbor and additionally would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. Nate from Citrus Contracting helped guide us through the entire process of making an insurance claim through getting the roof replaced. He was very informative regarding the insurance claim steps that were going to occur and even met the insurance adjuster when they came out to our house. That was very helpful to us to have someone on our side to explain everything. Also, he was very knowledgeable on his products offered and even gave us shingle color samples and previous jobs home pictures to help us decide on roof colors. Putting the roof on was a quickly expedited process that took less than 2 days. My wife and I are extremely happy and would recommend Citrus Contracting to anyone in need of a roof.

After being hounded by roofers in the neighborhood who were trying to drum up business after a hail storm, I asked a friend who had reroofed her house, and if she was satisfied. Without hesitation, she referred me to Citrus Contracting, and I contacted Nate Caraway. He came out, examined my roof, and worked with me to file my insurance claim. He ensured that when the adjustor inspected my home, every detail of damage was noted. The work on my house was scheduled for my convenience, and everything was completed as promised and on time. I have worked with several contractors in the past and always there were issues and lots of stress. With Citrus Contracting, there were no issues that weren't resolved immediately to my satisfaction - no stress!. Nate was available to answer my calls and texts 24/7. The re-roofing job went without a hitch. They were professional, prompt, and very fast getting the job done. There was excellent communication. They even filled out all of the paperwork for our HOA and took the paperwork to the HOA to expedite the approval process. We could not have been happier with the job and our roof looks beautiful.

Awesome from start to finish. Had no idea what I was doing and Nate walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, was involved before, during and after the job. Very personable, did what he said he would do and was a pleasure to work with. I love my roof.... I could not make a decision on the color and he took me riding around the neighborhood showing me and teaching me about roofs which ended up making my selection much easier. They were on time They began work promptly at daybreak. They had all supplies, plus dipsey dumpster to discard all debris. They worked till after dark. They arrived the next day before dawn cleaned the entire work area and double checked for nails. They did everything that they said they would. They were easy to work with. They worked with the insurance co. They worked with insurance co. Adjuster. They were great!

From estimate to completion everything went very smooth! They were extremely clean and concientious of nails and debris that could do damage to cars. I was very pleased with all thier work and follow up. I had worked in the service industry and citrus met and exceeded my expectations!!!!!! My fiancée had been trying to get someone to do his roof for months. Other contractors wouldn't show up or would quote outrageous prices. He even had a roofer come from GA with an okay price that he agreed to and my fiancée never heard from him again. We were both frustrated when my neighbor mentioned that a guy named Jay Barniak had done his mom's roof. When Jay came to the house he was friendly and knowledgable. I wasn't impressed because we had been burned before. Boy, was I wrong, Citrus Contracting is a reputable roofing company. Jay delivered quickly on all promises for the best price we had seen. My fiancée said they did quality work with quality materials. We were so happy that one month later they did a roof on my garage apartment. They are fast,friendly and clean up their debris well!

He, (Mr. Barniak) came to my home the following evening with a report of his findings and a written estimate detailing what Citrus Contracting recommended and the cost. He informed me that since the leak started during the heavy storms in July that my homeowners insurance may cover replacing it less my deductible. I called my insurance carrier right then and initiated a claim, gave them my information and why I was calling and then Mr. Barniak talked with them and took the burden from me completely, He did everything that had to be done except choose the color of the shingles. He also included in his estimate the repair of my living room ceiling and made all of the arrangements with the insurance and a painting contractor for those repairs. After he got the permits and whatever other preparations had to be done, the shingles were delivered on a Thursday afternoon, and at daylight on Friday the roofers promptly arrived and immediately went to work removing the old shingles. I left for work and when I arrived home that afternoon I was amazed to see that the only evidence they had been there was the beautiful new roof was completed and the dumpster was still on the driveway awaiting removal. I was very pleased with the look of my roof and even more pleased that my yard showed no sign of the work that had been done that day. I had noticed the workers had laid out tarps all around the house and kept the old shingles and nails contained. I am super pleased with the quality of work I recieved. I would recommend Citrus Contracting to my family, friends and neighbors who are in need of a roof and want a company that provides professional quality workmanship. Sometime ago we experienced a leak in the kid's playroom; We knew a new roof was inevitable. Our home, built in the '50's, was due... Faced with the unavoidable, we were super hesitant in beginning the process knowing what a financial burden a new roof could be! We came across a Citrus Contracting sign in a neighbor's yard and decided to give them a call. Best decision this year. Citrus worked closely with us AND our insurance company helping to arrange walk-thru's & visual inspections. In no time we received a call from a sweet girl in the office letting us know exact dates for delivery of materials & roof construction. My husband was out of town for work during the scheduled work date - leaving me somewhat apprehensive about facing this on my own. Delivery day came without a hitch. Construction was slated to start the following day, just as stated, the crew showed up. And on time!! Within two hours time the crew had the existing roof off, roof inspected for needed repairs, new material on its way, repairs done, and new construction underway! The job foreman, Jay Barniak, was on hand and kept me informed of all happenings & any possible obstacles. I cannot say enough about the quality of work of the crew, office and field guys. The crew arrived around 7, finished the roof before 5, cleaned the debris and were off before 5:15. All in a days work- professional, courteous, and timely. Hats off to Jay, Marissa, and the roofing crew for a job well done! I would highly recommend Citrus Contracting to anyone in need of roofing services.
