Citrus PM Blake showed up at my door one day and ask if he could inspect my roof as he noticed I had some shingles missing. I let him inspect and he said roof had major damage. Blake then met with my insurance adjuster and within a week I had my check from my insurer to start the work. The quality of the shingles and workmanship was outstanding. The workers cleaned up really well after the work and all work was finished ahead of schedule. Blake was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommend using Citrus.

Extremely well. Work was well managed. Clean up was fast and complete. Completely satisfied with the entire process from the pre work talks to tell us what and when things would happen, the actual work done and the post work follow up we're all great. The PM, Luke, kept us informed throughout the process.

Luke from Citrus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted with the insurance claim inspection and followup work. All the coordinations and arrangements were handled just as Luke said they would, when they would. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of excellence of Luke and his team. I would absolutely recommend them for further work -- when a contractor does exactly what and when he says he'll do -- that's awesome!

The roof will be completed August 4th, I am looking forward to adding my satisfaction once the job is completed.

All work was performed professionally and completed within a couple days as promised. The Project Manager, Blake Robbins, was a big factor in our decision to choose Citrus for our project. From Day 1 in our inital conversation through the end of the project, Blake was easy to work with and provide us with the information and expertise needed to assure us the work would be done as agreed to.

I used the Jacksonville Florida office for February 2017 storm damage repair. They worked directly with insurance carrier for adjuster visit and carrier approved everything submitted within 10 days! That gave us assurance that they were skilled with insurance work. We were happy with the quoted price, but even happier when insurance covered 100% replacement value less deductible based on Citrus' work with the adjuster. My husband sleeps days so we really needed them to work on our schedule for the full roof replacement. They did, no problem. Insurance company approved final work in 2 days. They are definitely skilled with insurance work. They carefully and completely cleaned up all debris, including using a magnet for the nails which protected our dogs from injury. Very helpful and professional all the way and our architectural shingled roof looks great!

Nate came to the house and explain everything how is the process, he provided a catalog with the colors for us to decide which one we want. He told us how is the whole process, when they will start and how many day they will be working. They were here on time and the finish the work in the dates they said. They left all the area cleaned.

Excellent job by both Nate Caraway ( project manager ) and the roofers. Nate was a great help on all paperwork with the insurance company, Every step of the way all employee's were on time , cleaned up , hard working and knew how to do the job. Done in 1 1/2 days. We decided on this company to start with because a few of your neighbors also used Citrus Contracting and had nothing but good things to say about $$$, workers and Nate. They were 100% right, great job.

We were very impressed with Nate and his team throughout the entire process. Nate explained the insurance process and was even present for the adjuster to show him the damage on our roof! We were pleased with the shingle choices and the quality and warranty provided. They were very efficient in getting the roof installed. We had an issue with our solar panel removal, but once again, Nate helped us and got it taken care of! I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest roofer.

He kept all his promises and the roofing crew worked extremely hard to finish when promised. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get a new roof.
