Description of Work: Vinny from Chuck's Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing our leaky faucet and was very punctual each time he has come. We have carpets and he he wore covers on his shoes and cleaned up his workarea after he was finished. It didn't take very long at all to complete the work and he was very open and honest about the pricing, though I did feel the service and parts were a bit expensive, it wasn't too bad since thankfully I was able to purchase their Angie's List coupon which was a huge savings. In the end, I was paying for quality work and knowledge too. I would definitely call Chuck's plumbing again. Thanks.

Description of Work: I had purchased the service for my daughter who only wanted to have the hot water heater drained and checked. This turned out to be good since the technician immediately located a small leak which could not be fixed. He recommended installation of a new one at a cost of approximately 700 plus dollars. My daughter checked with a contractor friend of hers who felt that the cost was a bit excessive. Since my daughter has a contract with Home Shield, she contacted them and had water heater replaced for about 200 dollars.

Description of Work: Replace existing water heater with NEW tankless gas high efficiency water heater, old tank had ruptured, Chuck's plumbing came directly out to house after hours to stop leaking and made premises safe , water/gas shut off. Returned next morning installed new tankless water heater. Cleaned up and remove all old debris. Price quoted up front, kept in communications the entire time !!!! Could not be more pleased or satisfied with all aspects of customer service!!!! I would give A+, and EXCELLENT ratings

Description of Work: Replaced my old toilet with a new one. Installation was completed within 1 hour of their arrival. Plumbers left my bathroom clean, and spotless. Would definitely use Chuck's plumbing again.

Description of Work: Things did not go as well as reviews on file indicated. I had an immediate problem preventing me from using my kitchen at all. I called and gave his office all of the information including the fact that my plumbing problem was serious and needed immediate attention. I was given a early-morning opening on the next day which was a Saturday. When the morning came no one showed up and no one called I waited a bit and called the office number, my call was picked up by "Chuck". He was at first defensive, then combative, then nasty, telling me "I've had problems all day" and won't be able to get to you at all", this even after I explained the severity of my situation. I told him I had gone through Angie's List for the "Camera Inspection" and drain cleaning package, he claimed his office did not tell him I had a real problem and only wanted a camera inspection, his office help was sharp so I know this was an outright and direct lie. I told him his problems were not my problem and I had been promised "next day" service which I expected. He said his guys were on overtime already and I told him again that that was his problem, not mine. He very reluctantly decided to send a technician to my house when one became available, The technician showed up later that day and was very polite and professional. He apologized for the Chucks' ugly behavior and verified it had been a "rough day". The man did a great job, gave me some great advice and was done in less than one hour. I would rate the office staff as a 10, Chuck as a 2 and the technician as a 9 who would have been a 10 if not for the treatment I got from the owner of the company.
