Description of Work: Replace toilet removing grout which had been put around the old one, extended the flange, placed new toilet.they were very professional and pleasant. I appreciated their rapid response and would not hesitate to use them again!

Description of Work: Chuck's plumbing replace our kitchen faucet. I found them through Angie's, I did not know them prior to this service. I was satisfied in every way. I do have experience with home repair vendors/subs. I was a production homebuilder between 2002 and 2008, and over a five year period my company built over 750 homes, and after the housing recession I bought, renovated, leased and sold bank owned homes, which had me using repair vendors over the last five years. I highly recommend Chuck's plumbing services.

Description of Work: fIX 10 YR OLD WATER SOFTNER. He noticed line was cut by lawn people, fix that but was not sure of the type of softner due to age. Thus, it never worked again. I tossed it away in a week or so. I understand the age, but was a little dissappointed they never called and asked about it the next few days. Then I called back and needed my kitchen faucet replaced. They could not give me any estimate what so ever what the price might be. Told me it was up to the plumber who came to the house. Well, I did not like that. I just needed an estimate of some sort. Other then this, they were good. Carol

Description of Work: Adjusted my tankless water heater that was not operating correctly.

Description of Work: We had a kitchen faucet replaced and the hot water was not working in a shower and they replaced the pressure balance valve. The plumber was knowledgeable. He gave us a quote to repair the faucet and a quote to replace the faucet. The faucet that was used to replace the old faucet was of a much better quality than what we had. Even though I felt the price was a little high, I would use Chuck's again based on their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of products used.

Description of Work: A much needed water softener system was purchased and installed, and 2 laundry tubs were purchased and installed. All work was done with obvious pride and know how.
