Description of Work: The service tech, in my opinion was not that versed in the situation we had, he was friendly and was helpful, however,the price he quoted for addional repairs to what he could not fix was way too high,all the faucet needed was a cartridge,which I brought in another plumberwho I have used in the past &. fixed it for $300 less then Chucks quote.he also evened up the handles on the faucets,which were not left even.

I want to thank you for your review. Chris, your service technician is young, but not inexperienced. He has been in the plumbing trade for over seven years. We train twice a week here at our shop and have supervisors ride with technicians several times a month to offer real world training as well. Also you mentioned that another plumber did the repairs for $300 less then we quoted you? I have the quote you received: 179 for a drain replacement and 164 to rebuild the faucet in question, that totals 343. Did you have a licensed plumber repair both items for $42? Description of Work: Chuck's plumbing came out and tried to drain the water heater,but they were unable to drain the tank because of build up of sediment.The plumber was very nice and professional.

Tank water heaters build up sediment at the bottom of the tank and that sediment can and will cause the heater not to drain as the heater gets older. This is why annually flushing your water heater is so important. Also the drain valve from the factories are usually to small to properly flush the heater, this is why we install a full port flush valve with every water heater we install. Thank you for business. Description of Work: Replaced toilet. I provided the toilet, so the $311 charge to replace it seemed excessive. The job went very well, better than I expected. Grouted the joint around the base of the toilet which was a nice surprise. Very clean. Very thorough. Very prompt service.

Description of Work: Evaluated my slow bathtub drain. Old plumbing has deteriorated and the brass ball that opens and shuts drain has occluded the drain necessitating major repairs and removal of tub. Good ability to explain problem. Reasonable quote to repair and replace tub. May consider bath renovation instead. I will use for all future plumbing needs
