Description of Work: I purchased $115 for $200 worth of services. Paul came out and explained every issue in detail. After repairs he asked were their any other issues of concern. I had two runny toilets. He explained all issues and made repairs.He rebuild master toilet, removed and reset toilet. supplied and installed kitchen faucet. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I had bubbles from the washer backing up in my bathroom shower. Every time the washer was going through a rinse the water would backup. | |They flused out the lines and had to rebuild my toliet. When I had to call back because everytime we flushed - the water would run and run ... | |They sent someone back out and corrected the issue the day I called.

Description of Work: The owner is very nice person and kept and contact. The company wanted another $ 299.99 on top of the voucher I bought. I think the price with coupon was too high for my budget.

Description of Work: Purchased a water heater flush and the plumber was very thorough and conscientious.

Description of Work: They came on the day I called to clean out my drain line. Chris arrived within the window of time that I was given. Because he was delayed on a prior job, the office called to say he was delayed and that he was on his way. In spite of that he still arrived on time. Chris was very professional and very courteous. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He located the problem, cleared the blockage and made sure things were flowing. He said that I should have the lined scoped and that he could arrange to have that done by another technician as part of the service I was paying for. Chuck's sent another man out the following week and the scope identified the cause of the blockage. I'm in the process of deciding how to proceed with the final repair, as I was provided with two options. I feel I received excellent service for a fair price.

I had a series of small nightmares that I was not sure how to fix and they did a great job of not only fixing my past plumbers' messes, but they offer great solutions for some long time issues that needed correcting. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber.

Description of Work: needed a drain cleared and some toilet parts replaced. entire bill came to over $200 so the $115 paid for the special deal didn't cover it. the toilet parts could've been purchased at hardware store for $20 and my husband could've put them in had he known they were going to do it. Also, drain clearing was more expensive than most other companies charge. overall they did a good job clearing the drain even though it seemed kind of pricey. can't complain about the service or timeliness.

Description of Work: Chris from Chuck's Plumbing came to perform the Water Heater flushing. Upon looking at the water heater he quickly realized the whole system and water softener was in need of replacement. I spoke with the owner (Chuck Detari) and he provided a separate quote for the appropriate work needed. They were competitively priced with another plumber I had look at the situation. Chuck's team was out replacing both systems the next day!! Excellent service and great value!
