Description of Work: My water bill had increased by a large amount. Another plumber had come, replaced a toilet tank flapper and said that was all that was wrong. Next water bill was even higher. Call Chuck's. An appointment was made for the next working day, dispatcher called to say when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time, dressed neatly, nice van, complete tools plus he was professionally pleasant. He found a faucet leak in an unused bathroom off the garage plus a fill valve problem in the supposedly repaired toilet. There was another deteriorating fill valve in an upstairs toilet and a small leak in an outside hose bib. He had the nescessary parts on the truck and all repairs were completed promptly. He even left everything neat & clean. Service was not cheap but it was excellent. I will call them first if I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Description of Work: Drained my water heater and performed an inspection of my plumbing. They were prompt and performed the services requested. Have quotes on some plumbing needs for the future. Found their quotes to be very high. Probably wouldn't use them for the recommended services because of the high price quotes
